This may be due to a card manufacturing defect, third party customization of the card, or damage done once the card was in circulation. It is the responsibility of the end-user Agency or Company to validate and verify that the specific credentials intended to be used with Kabas E5800 series Locks and Controllers are interoperable with our product.
