technology that we modified from previous product to becomes more sophisticated. So, we used basic question of 5W 1H about this product to showed the detail about this product and the solution to improve the quality of the product. From here, we get the better solution from the several methods that we used at the end of the discussions. Problem Solving Tool: Creative Problem Solving Process (CPSP) The Creative Problem Solving Process is a tool applied in creative thinking in order to solve problems. It covers the creative approach on how to table the problems using the six stages CPSP model, the six stages is: 1. Objective Finding (OF)- Identify goal, wish, challenge 2. Each step is the flow from the goal of this product; generate the idea, and solution to solve the problems. To design the product for company; we used CPSP as tool to generate all the idea to form this latest technology. So, from that we can identify the problem for this situation

and we found the effective solution to perform our product. This method one of the effective way to identify the goal, gathering data, clarify the problems to be solved, generate ideas to create product, select strengthen solution and the last is plan for action. EXPLANATION The name of product is Automatic Clothes Hanger. Most people nowadays busy with their carrier and sometimes do not have time for their own. Furthermore, todays technology can help them to manage their time properly compare to before. This invention is produced to facilitate the housewives doing housework and more efficient, even better.

Will automatically retrieve-out the clothes when it is the sunny day and oppositely retrieve-in the clothes when it is a rainy day and it still can be function during rainy day by using clothes dryer. So the clothes dryer will make the clothes dry automatically when sensor of temperature detect the temperature below than 25C.

Problem Finding (PF) Based on our company survey, the technologies today have created various types of clothes rack with different function and specific use. However, the majority of families busy households combined with unreliable weather can make getting laundry dry a frustrating task. As we know, nowadays a lot of women work to support their living. So we found the best solution to help women or for others who do not have enough time to manage their needs for example about clothes. Some of the people will worried if they leave their clothes while hanging at outside and go to work or somewhere else. These are the problem that they faced: Women nowadays do not have enough time to manage their needs for example about clothes. So, they cannot leave their clothes while hanging at outside and go to work or somewhere else. The majority of families busy households combined with unreliable weather can make getting laundry dry a frustrating task. The problem is during rainy; we cannot make the clothes dry it is because unreliable weather cannot make getting laundry dry. The money to start with design and production of the product is one of the problem tp make this product continue with schedule that we plan. This one of the latest technology, so most of the people are not familiar with this product. We faced a little bit problems to promote our product.

Idea Finding (IF) To create a good design for our product, we come out a lot of creative idea to make our product interested. We used all the idea to modified majority part of the previous product. In this step creative thinking is important to form a lot of brilliant ideas. The solution of the idea will be discuss in the solution finding, but in this step we list all the idea to produce this automatic clothes hanger. The solar energy from the sunlight will be received by solar panel 10watt, 12volt to flow the current through the operation circuit. Customer always looking for something that makes their space in house more saves on space. We combine the automatic clothes hanger with other features like temperature sensor, rain detector and LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensors. For convenience, the products height is adjustable and can be, this system sit flat to the ceiling when not in use in order to save up space and make the space looks neatly. We used clothes dryer, during rainy the hanger will automatically retrieve-in the clothes, so the sensor will detect the movement and temperature outside, the clothes dryer will automatically function to dry the clothes during rainy. We adapt our product process by using microcontroller. The level of service perceived by the customer is a crucial key to maintain their loyalty.

Solution Finding (SF) Solar panel helps to save the cost and energy automatically by using it as a power supplier in operating. Apparently, it does not cause pollution to the environment. Apart from that, the product is easy to use and save on space. It avoids the clothes to be rewashed again once the people do not manage to keep the clothes during raining days. The clothes dryer helps to dry the clothes out while the bad weather causing a laundry dries an impossible thing to happen. Hence, these attractive and creative features can help to sell the product.

The product process by using microcontroller, so the product process been controlled by:

Analogue signals are received by the rain and light sensor and are converted to digital signals. The rain sensor will detect rain droplets that will give signal to the microcontroller to retrieve the laundry back. The light detector will also give the signal to the microcontroller to retrieve the laundry at night and expose the laundry at during daylight. The function of the temperature sensor is to measure temperature and day condition accurately. The temperature sensor is build based on PIC16F877 microcontroller, alongside with the temperature sensor LM35DZ. LDRs or Light Dependent Resistors are very useful especially in light/dark sensor circuits. Normally the resistance of an LDR is very high, sometimes as high as 1000 000 ohms, but when they are illuminated with light resistance drops dramatically. When a light level of 1000 lux (bright light) is directed towards it, the resistance is 400R (ohms). When a light level of 10 lux (very low light level) is directed towards it, the resistance has risen dramatically to 10.43M (10430000 ohms). The level of service perceived by the customer is a crucial key to maintain their loyalty. This is because it is necessary to retain the costumers loyalty by offering a consistently affordable prices and a good quality after-sales service. Doesn't mean they'll buy it just because consumers know about our product. Hence effective promotion lets us communicate our product's benefits to consumers and helps convince them our product is something they need. Combining product awareness and knowledge are keys to getting consumers to seek out our product in stores.
