1 Congratulations on downloading AGLAYA Call Magic!

This powerful application enables you to manage your incoming calls with three modesReject All, Handsfree and AnswerOne.

Reject All mode enables you to send busy signal to all incoming callers, Handsfree mode enables you to answer all calls automatically after a selected number of rings, from zero ring (silently) to ten rings, and AnswerOne mode enables you to automatically answer an incoming call from a pre-defined number silently or after a number of pre-defined rings.

In all modes you have the capability to change the number of rings at any time.

This application is purely software based and does not require any hardware tweaking.

With AnswerOne mode you can dial in at any time from a pre-defined number to your phone and listen in to conversation to find out what is happening around your phone. This feature is built around the increasing need of people such as:

Employers who need to find out what employees are doing during sales calls or at the workplace. Parents who need to keep a tab on their children. Spouses to find out where they are and what they are upto.

3 Installation: To install the application, transfer the .sis (Installation File) to your Mobile Handset via InfraRed, Bluetooth, MMS or cable. To seek additional help on transferring please refer to your Handset Manual or visit http:// www.aglaya.com/callmagic or email us at support.callmagic@aglaya.com with queries or questions. We respond to all email queries within 24 hours.

After the file has been transferred, open the file to install it. The Installation process does not require user input except for End user agreement and verification of user certificate. This verification is required by SymbianOS to verify that you want to proceed with the installation of the application. The application will install seamlessly and will place an Icon with the name Call Magic in the Menu Menu of your Handset. To launch the application, click on this Icon.

4 Introduction: The first screen that is displayed when you launch the application is:

This screen shows the applications state. Four dynamic values are shown, which are: 1. Status: Displays if Call Magic is active (Enabled) or inactive (Disabled). 2. Mode: Three modes are provided in this application Reject All, Handsfree, Answer One. The Mode can be one of the three answer modes or none, if the application is not active. 3. Number: Displays incoming number(s) from whom Call Magic will activate the mode. 4. Rings: Displays number of rings before an incoming call will be automatically picked up or sent the busy signal.

5 Definition of Modes: 1. Reject All: This mode will send Busy Signal to all incoming callers. You have the option to select after how many rings you would like to send the busy signal to incoming callers. The calling party nor you will get charged for sending the busy signal. 2. Handsfree: This mode will enable the phone to auto answer all incoming calls after the number of rings defined by you. This can be used when you are driving and would like to have the phone auto-answer after X amount of rings or zero ring (i.e. phone will not ring at all, it will simply answer). 3. Answer One: This will mode will enable to phone to auto-answer an incoming call from a pre-defined number after the number of rings that you set. You can also set the number of rings to zero so that the call is answered silently.

Activating and Deactivating Call Magic To Activate Call Magic, goto main screen of application, Select Options > Activate & Hide. (See Figure 2) The Activate & Hide option will automatically be displayed as Hide when the application is already active. Hide button will send the application to the background where it will be running silently, looking out for incoming calls. To Deactivate Call Magic, goto main screen of application, Select Options > Deactivate & Exit. (See Figure 3)

6 Changing Modes: To switch the phone to Reject All mode, follow these steps: From the main screen of the application, Select Options > Mode > Reject All. This will open a screen which will ask you Number of Rings Click Options > Change, to enter the settings. (See Fig. 4 and 5)

To enter Number of rings (after which the phone should send the busy signal to all incoming callers), move your joystick or arrow keys till you achieve the desired number of rings. (See Figure 6)

Select OK when you are done. (See Figure 7)

Select Options > Save Settings to save the changes. (See Figure 8) (Clicking Cancel will not save settings)

7 To switch the Phone to Answer One mode, follow these steps: From the main screen of the application, Select Options > Mode > Answer One. This will open a screen which will ask you Number of Rings and Set Number. (See Figure 9) Select which setting you would like to edit, and Click Options > Change to enter the settings. If you selected, Number of rings, then the screen will ask you to set the number of rings. To set Number of rings (after which the phone should send the busy signal to all incoming callers), move your joystick or arrow keys till you achieve the desired number of rings.(See Figure 7) Click OK when you are done. If you have selected Set Number then you will be asked to enter the number. Enter phone number. (See Figure 10) Select OK when you are done. Select Options > Save Settings to save the changes. (See Figure 11)

This will bring you back to the main screen of the application. Please check the Application Statistics being displayed on the screen to verify if your settings have been accepted by the application.

8 To switch the phone to Handsfree mode: From the main screen of the application, Select Options > Mode > Handsfree. This will open a screen which will ask you Number of Rings Click Options > Change to enter the settings. To enter Number of rings (after which the phone should send the busy signal to all incoming callers), move your joystick or arrow keys till you achieve the desired number of rings. Select OK when you are done. Select Options > Save Settings to save the changes.

This will bring you back to the main screen of the application. Please check the Application Statistics being displayed on the screen to verify if your settings have been accepted by the application.

IMPORTANT: THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR, IF PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED BY OR FOR AN ENTITY, AN ENTITY) AND AGLAYA. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND USING THE SOFTWARE. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY SELECTING THE DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL NOW (YES) BUTTON AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. A license for the Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers. 2. You agree that AGLAYA may audit your use of the Software for compliance with these terms at any time, upon reasonable notice. In the event that such audit reveals any use of the Software by you other than in full compliance with the terms of this Agreement, you shall reimburse AGLAYA for all reasonable expenses related to such audit in addition to any other liabilities you may incur as a result of such non-compliance. 3. Your license rights under this EULA are non-exclusive. 4. Certain rights are not granted under this Agreement, but may be available under a separate agreement. 3. License Restrictions 1. You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one mobile phone to another or over a network. 2. You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the Software, or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. 3. You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software. 4. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software. 5. You may not export the Software into any country prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder. 6. In the event that you fail to comply with this EULA, AGLAYA may terminate the license and you must destroy all copies of the Software (with all other rights of both parties and all other provisions of this EULA surviving any such termination). 7. You shall not use the Software to develop any software or other technology having the same primary function as the Software, including but not limited to using the Software in any development or test procedure that seeks to develop like software or other technology, or to determine if such software or other technology performs in a similar manner as the Software.

1. AGLAYAS TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ACTUAL DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL BE LIMITED TO $5 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE THAT CAUSED SUCH DAMAGE. 2. (USA only) SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. 3. (Outside of the USA) Consumer End Users Only The limitations or exclusions of warranties and liability contained in this EULA do not affect or prejudice the statutory rights of a consumer, i.e., a person acquiring goods otherwise than in the course of a business. The limitations or exclusions of warranties, remedies or liability contained in this EULA shall apply to you only to the extent such limitations or exclusions are permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located. 4. General This EULA shall be governed by the internal laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts sitting in Delhi, India to resolve any disputes arising under this EULA. In each case this EULA shall be construed and enforced without regard to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. This EULA contains the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. You agree that any varying or additional terms contained in any purchase order or other written notification or document issued by you in relation to the Software licensed hereunder shall be of no effect. The failure or delay of AGLAYA to exercise any of its rights under this EULA or upon any breach of this EULA shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the breach. No AGLAYA dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any amendment to this EULA. If any provision of this EULA shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this EULA will remain in full force and effect.
