Introduction
The Following Portfolio is to be read in conjunction with the Design Realisation Report. It completes the design realisation and concludes the City and Landscape, Professional Studies and Design Detail. This Document is a continuation gives an overview off all these reports with additional information to support Design and Detail and as such should be read along side these and the January Portfolio.

The site is located at 64-68 Whitechapel high street. It is in the heart of the whitechapel high street conservation area. These group of building have been selected for restoration under the high street 2012 scheme. The building are of historical interest and have fallen into state of disrepair due to years of neglect. The site is a prime location as it is marks the gateway from the city along the once proposed Olympic route to Stratford. The project is split into two separate procurements one for the facade restoration being undertaken by Jullian Harrp Architects and the building behind new whitechapel community market.

Sequence of Construction
Demolition and Basement excavation, new pylons to support the structure are bored and poured along with the ground source hear pump.
Construction of Lift shaft and stair core these play and important role in the structure. Crane erected in side lift shaft.
Ground floor slab constructed using precast planks and crannied into place
Works to the facade work in conjunction with the new market building incase problems arise and can be sorted on site.
As most of the structure is constructed of site the steal columns and beams can be crannied in and bolted together allowing speed to the construction.
The main decorative structural steel column can now begin to be seen.
Second floor structure goes in. The bracing to the facade structure goes in tying the facade to the super structure of the market.
Roof and roof light get constructed topping of the building and 1st and second fix can begin once the building water tight.
