No switch may be made on special placements & must be run consecutively. All agreements must be completed within 12 months.

Note: Holidays may affect mailing & due dates. The design of each ad is a complimentary service of Tags. Because we work with many advertisers each month, it is important to us that we have time to complete your ad changes with a creative flare. As a result, getting your ad copy in early or in a timely manner is appreciated & will be given the proper attention. After all of the ads are set, we need time to prepare for page layout, final proofing & any touch ups to assure everything is correct. Cutting page layout time for minor changes, increases our rate of errors. It may or may not be to your ad, but errors may happen. As a result, changes are due by the 10th of each month. Ad copy turned in after this date will be made, but not guaranteed to make it into the current issue. We will attempt to email every client to remind them of the deadline. However, it is your responsibility to get your ad copy in by the 10th. Please email any artwork, logos, and/or photos in a HIGH RESOLUTION FORMAT to: art@DiscounTags.net. Upon request your rep will pick up your ad copy. We will accept print pdf files in CYMK format, but all may not be editable. Proofs: The first proof is provided for changes in ad format & content. The second, if needed, is provided for corrections in grammar & typographical errors only. If major changes are requested after the first proof is provided, you WILL incur charges. We will e-mail you a proof in a pdf file for free. Printed color ad proofs are available at $25 per proof. In the case of a manmade or natural disaster & if production is halted for one or more months, you will be contacted for changes in scheduling.

I understand & agree that by signing this agreement, I am responsible for all payments due and agree to all terms of this agreement. In the event of a dispute regarding this agreement, deposit shall be forfeited and Advertiser agrees to all collection fees, including but not limited to attorneys fee and cost incurred by Tags, LLC, in connection with such dispute. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, Saint Louis County.
