Lesson 1

I want you to relax. Make sure your arms and legs are not crossed so that you may better relax. Close your eyes and keep them closed for this 8 minute training cycle. However, if you feel you must open your eyes, you may if you wish. Also if you want to move, scratch or even clear your throat, you may do so. With your eyes closed, take some deep breaths. Breathe slowly and deeply, and every time you breathe out, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. Just let your body go and relax. Breathe in and out and relax. To help you reach a deeper and more inward level of mind, I shall count from twenty-one down to one. On every descending number you will feel yourself going deeper and more inward inward, nearer to the very source of your being. Twenty-one twenty nineteen: Feel yourself going deeper. Eighteen seventeen sixteen: Go deeper within. Fifteen fourteen thirteen: Deeper and deeper. Twelve eleven ten: Feel yourself going inward. Nine eight seven: Go more inward. Six five four: Inner and inner. Three two one. You are now at a much deeper and more inward level of mind, near the very source of your being. To further tune into your inner levels of mind, visually pick out a passive scene from nature, any scene that you find serenely beautiful and relaxing. Just become calm, still, at peace, and see yourself mentally within your passive scene. Reach out and feel the vibrant life forces of nature that surround you and feel in perfect tune with your inner levels of mind.

You are now in tune with your inner levels relax... Every time you hear me mention the word relax, your body, brain and mind will become completely passive and relaxed. As you continue to relax your body, brain and mind, you will become more aware and alert at your inner conscious levels. You will continue to follow instruction at all levels of mind, including the outer conscious levels. You will repeat to yourself certain positive phrases for your own benefit and progress. Repeat after me: I am continually thinking positive thoughts, that make me successful, happy and prosperous. I am using more and more of my mind, and using it in such a special manner, that I have full and complete domination, over all my senses and facilities, at every level of the mind, including the outer conscious level. I am also using my positive thinking, to bring me the understanding and awareness that I desire, so that my increasing mental facilities, may be used to serve humanity better. In fact, every day in every way, I am getting better and better. Remember, anytime you enter your levels, you receive benefits both physically and mentally. You may also use your levels not only to help yourself but also your friends, relatives and any other being that needs help. Always use your deeper and inner levels of the mind in a constructive and creative manner for all that is good, honest and positive. Never use these levels of the mind to do harm to yourself or any other being. If this is your intention, you will find that you will not be able to function within your levels. In a moment I will ask you to open your eyes. You will be wide awake in perfect

health, feeling revitalized and refreshed, and in tune with life. Open your eyes.

Lesson 2
Now, close your eyes and direct your attention to your eyelids, in particular the little muscles around your eyes. Just relax these tiny muscles and let them go, and feel this relaxation moving like a wave, slowly downward throughout your body. Don't try to relax, allow your mind to drift casually and detached, unconcerned with the results of concentration, as you tell yourself to relax. It will happen without any noticeable effort. Now direct your sense of awareness to the top of your head, the scalp, to the actual skin that covers the head. You will notice a feeling of warmth, the blood circulating, the fine pulsation, then relax the scalp completely ... let it go. Move on to your forehead. Start with the skin that covers it, feel the warm of the blood flowing through it. Feel the fine pulsation of the blood flowing through, relax your forehead completely ... let it go. Continue to breathe deeply, in and out, in and out. Move down to your face, and the skin covering it. Feel the blood flowing into the skin and the healthy glow it gives off. Relax your eyebrows completely ... let it go. Relax your cheek muscles completely ... let it go. Relax your mouth completely ... let it go. Relax your jaw muscles completely ... let it go. Move on to your throat, feeling the skin glowing. Relax the vocal cords, the ligaments and tendons. Feel how the tissues and cells all function in a healthy manner. Continue to breathe deeply, in and out, in and out. Moving down your body:

feel the blood pulsing through your shoulders. Relax the muscles completely ... let it go. Move your awareness to your chest. Feel the steady beat of your heart and feel it moving the blood throughout your body. Feel the air move in and out of your lungs with every breath you take. Feel how the tissues and cells all function together in a healthy manner, giving life to your body. Continue to breathe deeply, in and out, in and out. Continue lower and feel your liver, kidneys, and intestine. Feel the blood and life flowing through them. Feel how the tissues and cells all function together in a healthy manner, giving life to your body. Carry on to your hips. Notice the muscles and tendons that keep your joints together. Feel how the blood flows through them and feel how the tissues and cells all function together in a healthy manner. Relax the muscles completely ... let it go. Continue to breathe deeply, in and out, in and out. Next feel your legs, and notice the muscles and tendons that connect them together. Feel the flow of blood into your legs, and into your knees. Feel how everything connects together to work to move you around. Feel how the tissues and cells all function together in a healthy manners. Now relax the muscles completely ... let it go. Move down to your feet and notice the feel of the blood pulsing into your toes. Now relax the muscles completely ... let it go. Continue to breathe deeply, in and out, in and out. Now feel the skin on the bottom of your feet. Feel the muscles that make up your foot. Feel the blood flowing through the muscles and tendons of

your foot. Now relax all the muscles and tendons of each foot completely ... let it go. Now that your body is completely relaxed, continue to keep your eyes closed and your mind relaxed. We will move into the lower levels of your mind using the colours of the rainbow. With each colour, you will relax further as you descend into your levels. You will start by visualizing the colour red. Let the colour red fill your mind. Red is the base colour that grounds you. It is your connection point with the earth, and through this point energy flows into you from the earth and into the earth through you. Orange is the next colour. Let the colour orange fill your mind and take charge of all of your emotions. When you feel emotions building up inside you, see the colour orange and take charge of these emotions. Let yellow fill your mind. Your mind becomes calm as it drinks in the vibrations from nature. Whenever you visualize the colour yellow, calm and still your mind. Open your mind to the colour green. Feel yourself enter a state of inner peace and beauty. When you think green, you feel a love and connection with the earth, life and the universe. You are connected. Be filled with blue. Blue is the colour of love, and when you see blue, you feel love for each other. This love is beyond a physical attraction and encompasses a caring and understanding of every living thing. Let purple now fill your mind. Purple is the colour of your ESP, your sixth sense and your physic abilities. With purple you are able move beyond your senses to tune into the world. Let violet fill you mind. Violet is the final and highest colour in your levels.

When you are in violet, you are connected to the universal consciousness, You have access to all knowledge, all events, all time and all space. In violet, you are one with the universe. Move into your passive scene from nature, the one that you have selected that fills you with beauty and serenity. Just become calm, still, at peace, and see yourself mentally within your passive scene. Reach out and feel the vibrant life forces of nature that surround you and feel in perfect tune with your inner levels of mind. You are now in tune with your inner levels relax... Remember, anytime you enter your levels, you receive benefits both physically and mentally. You may also use your levels not only to help yourself but also your friends, relatives and any other being that needs help. In a moment I will ask you to open your eyes. Lesson 3

To further tune into your inner levels of mind we will move through the colours of the rainbow. Again with each colour, you will relax further as you descend into your levels. Let the colour red fill your mind. Feel the ebb and flow of energy to and from the earth through the colour red. Let the colour orange fill your mind and take charge of all of your emotions. Eliminate all fears and doubts, all anger and guilt. Master and take control of your emotions. Let yellow fill your mind and let your mind become calm and still. Let green fill your mind and feel yourself enter a state of inner peace, beauty and love. Feel a connection with the earth, life and the universe. Be filled with blue and feel the love of life flowing through you. Let the love of caring and understanding for every living thing, fill you. Let purple now fill your mind and open up your physic abilities. Reach beyond your senses and connect with the world. Let violet fill you mind. Open your senses to the universe and touch it. Feel the connection with the universal consciousness and know your place within. Ask of it and you shall receive. Relax and breathe in and out, in and out. Now that you are in your levels, I want you to mentally create a large screen, some distance away from you. Make the screen as large as you like, any colour you like. Design it exactly as you want it to be, for this is the Screen of the Mind.

On this screen of the mind we will visualize ten pictures in sequence. This practice will increase your ability to visualize and imagine, and so help your memory. You will associate each picture with a corresponding number and word. One, Tea; picture a glass of iced tea with a large number 1 painted on its side. Two, Noah; visualize an old man with a beard, and animals entering the Ark 2 by 2 Three, May; the month of May, a country scene with a clump of 3 tall trees. Four, Ray; 4 rays of light shining through a window. Five, Law; a policeman with Badge #5 on his chest. Six, Jaw; a wrestler with a large rugged jaw, with 6 teeth jutting out. Seven, Key; a heavily engraved gold key in the shape of a 7. Eight, Fee; large price tag for 8 million dollars. Nine, Bay; water surrounded by land in the shape of a 9. Ten, Toes; your own 10 toes. With this sequence of numbers and pictures you will be able to recall any 10 items, in the order that they are given. We will work more with this later. Now that you have stored it in your mind, it is available for you to recall, in exact clarity, anytime on the Screen of the Mind. Next we will look at ourselves. Clear the screen and turn on a black border around the edge. Now see yourself on the Screen of the Mind. Just look at the imperfections in the black frame as you see yourself on the screen running through your daily life at home, the office and in public.
