Lc Series
Lc4.75F/Lc5.75F
Never has the saying good things come in small packages been more appropriate than when referring to Westlakes smallest loudspeakers the Lc4.75 and the Lc5.75. Both of these mini wonders pack an amazing punch for their relative size making them an excellent choice for users seeking high performance from compact enclosures. The Lc4.75 combines a 4 woofer with a 3/4 soft dome tweeter while the Lc5.75 features a 5 long excursion woofer with a 3/4 soft dome tweeter. Whether being used for main or surround channels both models deliver performance worthy of the Westlake Audio name. The Lc6.75 has established itself as one of Westlake Audios most popular models. By delivering precise imaging and impressive low frequency response from a small enclosure this speaker has found popularity with listeners looking for high-end performance in a reasonably sized package. The stepped front baffle helps smooth transient response and the dual front mounted ports extend the bass response. This model is also available in a shielded version for use near video monitors.

The Lc265.1 was designed for use as a dedicated center channel speaker in multi-channel systems. Its unique design incorporating dual 6 1/2 woofers with a 5 midrange and a coaxially mounted 1 tweeter provide for exceptional off axis performance. The Lc265.1 can also be used in 2, 3 and 5 channel configurations and can be positioned either vertically or horizontally. The passive high level network gives the user the option of either bi-amping or bi-wiring their system. The system is magnetically shielded for placement near video monitors.

Lc8.1F

The Lc8.1 is a 2-way system that offers the listener the kind of response normally only associated with 3-way systems. The cabinet incorporates a design that improves the time/phase alignment along with dual front mounted ports for extended low frequency response. The Lc8.1s can be upgraded at any time to a 3-way system with the addition of the Lc8.1SW subwoofer system. Magnetic shielding is also offered as an option on this model.

The Lc3w10V is a medium size system comprised of a 10 polypropylene woofer, a 5 midrange and 3/4 soft dome tweeter. The system offers wide bandwidth, flat response and high output from its small enclosure. Horizontal mirror imaged pairs are available for bookshelf applications. Dual inputs to the high level crossover network allows the user the option of bi-amping or bi-wiring their system for optimum performance. A dedicated metal speaker stand is available as an option to provide rigid support and proper listening height.

Lc8.1SW

This stereo subwoofer system is specifically designed for operation with the Lc8.1 speakers. Each enclosure houses dual 10 high performance woofers and a passive high level network that is completely tuned and tweaked for operation with the Lc8.1 speakers. Adding the Lc8.1SW will transform the Lc8.1s into a fully matched and integrated 3-way system that can be bi-wired or passively bi-amplified. The enclosures also act as pedestal stands for the Lc8.1satellite speakers positioning them at the proper listening height, which in combination with a full speaker muff compliment, conveys system performance as good or better than single piece systems costing twice its price.

Lc3w12VF

The Lc3w12V is the classic large 3-way bookshelf, incorporating todays technology. The vertical alignment of the 12 woofer, 6 1/2 midrange and 1 dome tweeter eliminates the need for dedicated L/R units. Horizontal applications however will be better served by the Lc3w12F (not shown) which incorporates mirror image L/R cabinets. Exceptionally well balanced across the entire sonic spectrum the Lc3w12s are the perfect choice for main channel speakers in either two or multi-channel systems. The passive high level crossover allows the user the option of bi-amping or bi-wiring their speakers.

BBSM Series
BBSM-4F BBSM-10VNF
The BBSM-10VNF is a floor standing version of the classic BBSM-10 monitor. The 3-way system uses dual 10 woofers, a 6 1/2 cone midrange and 1 1/4 soft dome tweeter in a ported enclosure. The North American Walnut cabinet features extensive internal bracing with proprietary sound dampening materials that virtually eliminate any cabinet distortions. All crossover components including hand wound coils, capacitors and resistors are matched within a 1% tolerance to ensure balanced response. The BBSM-4 is the smallest model of the highly acclaimed BBSM Series yet the system has unusually high output capabilities for its size. The BBSM-4 uses dual 4 woofers housed in a ported enclosure and a 3/4 soft dome tweeter. The symmetrical design makes the BBSM-4 a perfect choice for L/C/R configurations.

BBSM-12VNF
The BBSM-12VNF is a 3-way floor standing loudspeaker system that exemplifies all of the design criteria set forth for the BBSM series; accuracy, low IM distortion, pinpoint imaging and high sensitivity. Recognizing the exceptional performance achieved by the BBSM-12VNF, it was awarded Component of the Year by Japans Stereo Sound magazine. The ported enclosure contains dual 12 woofers, a 6 1/2 midrange and a 1 1/4 soft dome tweeter.

The BBSM-5 is a compact reference quality loudspeaker system that sets a new standard for 2-way designs. Superb imaging, outstanding detail and impressive low frequency response are just some of this models attributes. The single port enclosure houses dual 5 long excursion woofers and a 1 soft dome tweeter. An excellent choice for small to medium sized listening environments the BBSM-5 is ideal for listeners seeking high performance in a bookshelf system.

BBSM-10F/BB10-SWP
This unique system is comprised of two large satellite speakers (BBSM10s) and two dedicated subwoofers (BB10-SWPs). The BBSM-10 is a 3-way system comprised of dual 10 woofers, a 6 1/2 cone midrange and 1 1/4 soft dome tweeter. The BB10-SWPs are dedicated subwoofer units specifically designed for use with the BBSM-10s. Each subwoofer enclosure houses a 18 driver that will extend the low frequency response of the BBSM-10s down to 26Hz.

BBSM-15VNF
For those listeners who want high acoustic output combined with wide dynamic range the BBSM-15VNF is a worthy candidate. Dual 15 woofers, a 10 midbass/midrange and a 1 compression driver tweeter combined in an enclosure with its integral pedestal base that takes up only two square feet of floor space. Beautiful hardwood horns enhance the speakers visual appearance and a high level network that allows the system to be passively bi-amped maximizes the speakers performance capabilities.

BBSM-15F

Originally designed for use in recording studio control rooms, the BBSM-15 has found its way into home listening rooms where performance is paramount and size is not an issue. This award winning 3-way system incorporates dual 15 woofers, a 10 midbass unit and 1 compression horn tweeter. For those seeking a speaker system capable of delivering wide dynamic range, high out put as well as smooth and accurate response the BBSM-15 deserves their consideration. Recognized by the leading Hi-Fi journals in Japan as Best in Class at its introduction, the Tower-12 was the first model introduced into Westlakes prestigious Tower Series. With the goal of building a speaker system that was as stunning in appearance as it was in performance the designers made no concessions in achieving these goals. Beautifully sculpted one piece cabinets, integral isolation base, exquisite hardwood horns, form fitting two piece grille frames and gold WBT hardware are just some of the unique and special features of this system. The TM-3VF is a 3-way, high power reference system. The driver array is comprised of dual 15 woofers, a 2high compression midrange and a 1 high compression tweeter in a dual ported enclosure. This system may be powered by a single amplifier with the HLX-800 passive high level network or bi-amplified with the optional MRX-2 active 2-way crossover. The TM-3VF is an excellent choice for those seeking high quality as well as high output in their speaker system. The HR-1VF is a high resolution, 4way, high power reference quality speaker system. The driver compliment consists of dual 15 woofers, a 10 midbass, a 2 compression midrange and a 1 compression tweeter. The dual ported enclosure has been extensively braced for rigidity and thoroughly dampened to eliminate any cabinet distortions. The user is offered two active crossover options, the MRX-2, 2way active network for biamplification or the HR-X, 4-way active network for quad-amplification. The SM-1VF system brings music reproduction as close to perfection as possible. This 5-way system is comprised of dual 18 LF drivers, a 12 midbass driver, a 2 horn loaded compression midrange, a 1 horn loaded compression tweeter and a 1/2 compression super tweeter. A heavily dampened and extensively braced cabinet provides a secure and virtually distortion free platform for the drivers to perform to their full abilities. Three different active crossover options give the user the choice between bi, quad or penta amp operation.
