We take pleasure to introduce ourselves as leading tourist transport operators based in New Delhi. We are established in 1988, we operate a fleet of over 125 cars and all our chauffeurs are in uniform and professionally trained to provide the highest standards of service in the industry. Fluent English speaking chauffeurs are also provided on request. We have one of the largest fleets in South Delhi comprising of brand new Mercedes S-Class, Mercedes E-Class, Honda Accord, Honda CRV, Honda City, Toyota Corolla Altis, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Innova, Ford Endeavour, Ford Ikon, Suzuki Dzire, Suzuki Ritz, Tata Indigo, Tata Indica and Luxury Vans like Toyota Commuter, Mercedes Viano and Volkswagen Crafter . We also provide Mini-buses and Volvo coaches upon request. All our Luxury cars come equipped with Tissue paper, Front & Rear seat belts, Music system, Daily newspaper & magazine, Fire Extinguisher, Torch, First Aid kit and Umbrella. CAR CLEANLINESS By virtue of our experience of running over 125 cars, we understand the requirements and expectations of the discerning guest. We put in place systems and resources to ensure every car for every assignment for every guest comes in a spic and span condition. The best equipment and materials are utilized to ensure that these cars maintain their appeal CAR MAINTENANCE We have a complete maintenance department with systems in place to ensure preventive maintenance is done at the right intervals to deliver a trouble free experience to guests. Network: New Delhi. Our Chauffeurs: All our chauffeurs are Experienced, English speaking (on request), carry working mobile phone, wear proper uniform & are well-versed with all the routes. We also conduct specialized training programs for our chauffeurs where we emphasize & train them as per the overall service standards expected by our discerning corporate & VIP clients.

All our chauffeurs carry chauffeur calling card which they hand over to the customer which has the chauffeur's name, his mobile number, car number and a 24 Hrs emergency contact number.

Centralized Reservation & Dispatch Operations:

Our office is open 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year and you can send us your job / bookings request at any time by means of E-mail, Fax or Telephone. We are at your service Round-the-Clock! We are also members of ITTA, since past many years. RATES FOR HIRING OF TOURIST CARS ON MONTHLY BASIS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Km & Time would always be calculated from Travelinker 's garage to garage (Nehru Place, New Delhi ). Above cost inclusive of Fuel, Chauffeur & all Maintenance charges After 4 hrs. full day duty become payable. Service Tax as applicable currently @ 10.3% will be levied on total billing.

Parking, Toll Tax & Inter State Border Tax etc. charges which shall be reimbursed by Hirer upon submission of invoice along with the original receipt. Night charges become payable for services provided between 11 PM 5 AM

In case of any outstation trip, a minimum of 200 km per day OR actual km utilizes whichever is higher, would be charged as mention in the Rate Table.

Payment to be made within 30 days of the receiving the bills.

Rates shall be subject to change keeping in view the hike in fuel price.

In the monthly vehicles Sunday will be charged as casual basis.
