Dominos was founded in 1960s, which has a variety of product range like pizza, sandwiches, pasta, chicken wings,

and desserts etc. 145000 employee works with Dominos. Most of the employees work part time, and were paid low. Workers were required to do multitasking activities like making and delivering the products, order taking, order booking etc. and were closely supervised by the supervisor. Dominos faced high employee turnover rate and the store manager leaves the organization every 3 to 6 months. The company had a strict policy that avoids increasing basic wages of workers. Q. Neeta Kapoor an intelligent and enthusiastic student from premier business school joined a leading advertising agency in Mumbai. In March 2006, a large oil spill was discovered due to a corroded pipeline at BP's Prudhoe Bay refinery in Alaska, USA. Critics alleged that BP had put profits before safety. BP was also criticized by various newspapers for spending millions of dollars to project a 'green' and 'environment-friendly' image, while failing to take care of basic operational safety issues. Q.
