Whatistheamounttobepaidforbookingapark?Thefollowingamountsaretobe paid: SecurityDeposit:Rs.10,000Rs.20,000 ParkRent:Rs.500Rs.5,000 LicenseFee:Rs.500 CleaningCharges:Rs.100Rs.200 (IncaseabookingismadebyMCDstaffthenSecurityDepositisnotcollected) Whencanaparkbeoccupied?At9.00A.M.onthedayforwhichtheparkwasbooked. Whentovacatepark?Checkouttimeis9.00A.M.onthedaynexttothedayforwhich theparkwasbooked. Forhowmanydayscanabookingbemade?Aparkcanbebookedforoneday. Howtoclaimthesecuritydeposit?Thecitizenortheorganizingcommittee,asthecase maybe,cancollecttherefundchequefromtheCSBatwhichthebookingwasmadeonthe 13thdayaftervacationoftheparkonsurrenderofthebookingslip. If,atthetimeofbooking,thecitizenortheorganizingcommitteeoptedfordispatchofthe refundchequebycourier,itwillbecourieredtohimontheaforesaid13thdayonlyon receiptofaclarificationletterfromtheNodalOfficer. Whethercancellationofbookingispossible?Thecancellationofbookingsshallbedone onlyaftertherecommendationoftheconcernedAddl.CommissionerorDyCommissioner whowilltakepersonalhearinginallcancellationmatters.However,ifthecancellationwas mademorethan83dayspriortothedayforwhichitwasbooked,totalamountcollected

    wouldberefunded.Otherwise,onlytheamountscollectedinrespectofsecuritydepositand cleaningchargeswouldberefunded.Incaseofcontingencymcdhasrighttocancelthepark withoutassigninganyreason. 11. Whetherpostponement/advancementofbookingpossible?Anyrequestfor postponement/advancementofbookingistreatedascancellationoforiginalbookingand freshbookingbeingmade. 12. BookingofparksthroughInternetPaymentGateway?ThebookingthroughInternetfor respectiveparksandcommunityhallsbuttheconfirmationofthesamewouldbe authenticatedonlywhentheconcernedpartysubmitsdocuments,withintwentyfourhours andincasethebookingdayhappenedtobepublicholidaythenbythenextworkingday,all therelevantdocumentsdulyrecommendedbytheAreaCouncilorintheZonalCSBin whichparkfallswherethefunctionistobesolemnized,otherwisethebookingwillbe cancelledwithoutinformingtoanyone.Incaseof13parkthedocumentshallbedeposited attheTownHall 13.
