Class Updates & Changes: *Tuesday's Body Blast class start time moved back up to 8:15 A.M., so don't be late. *Following Body Blast we added in Zumba Fitness. Start your day off with a great calorie burn. *Morning TRX with Chris has been shorted in time. *Deep Stretch Yoga Dates are June 11th & 28th. *Another 4 Week Challenge starts June 4th. 8 great workout sessions for just $99! *Summer hours are now in effect, we are closed an hour earlier each day. *The green writing is paid group training sessions, $10 per person to join in the fun! Keep watch for additional TRX with Jean.
