Sistem Merit dan Model Lampu Lalulintas Dalam M Pentensi Belajar Siswa The Merit System on The Student

Character Development as Best practice on the student character development. Aim this program are to promote our school values of Caring, Responsible, respect, support and Teamwork. Objecitve : The main objective being to encourage students participate ini worthwhile academic ora non-academik activities which inculcate behaviors which are valued at school and in the wider community. 1. To recognize and encourage students effort and achievement in various fields. 2. To promote the school values; Criteria : The student can showing (1) positif behavior (2) an increase in the academic performance (3) good participation in co-corricular activities. Strategi : Promoting student with awarded student when show order behavior, perform dutes, good patisipation supporting by principals and teacher role. Benefis: All student have the potential to achieve 450 merits in one year. Students will be awarded merit certificates based on the merits Tops of the merit is special award Anugrah Pelajar Contoh for best student.

Conclusion: The merit sytem can improve positive behavior. They show good motivation, character development, dan high standard achievement when the principals and teacher keep order role.

Topic : Trafic Light System (TLS) Aim; Maximising Students outcome in Brunei Cambridge GCEO Level Objective: Proces: Socialising Implementation Analysing/Reviewing/Improving Recognition To raise student awareness that performanging their best in every examination. To assist SMR to improve the achievement in number of student obtaining 5 redits and above in BCGCE O level. To Toster valuable and maketabel skills (teamword, caring, responsible, supportive, communication, and leadership) To Assisst SMR ini the better planning and research through data derived from traffic light system To maximize the outcomes and raise the standard of Sekolah Menengah Rimba.

Implementation Trafic Light System (TLS) Student divide in there category: Green zone, student who manage to attain 60% and above Os (better) with a credit in English and Bahasa Melayu. Yeelow zone : student attain 40-59% (better) with a pas in English and Bahasa Melayu. Red Zone: student with below 40% a pas in English and Bahasa Melayu

Step implementation; Profiling students Target setting Intervention

Intervention Student clafication with coding green, yellow, and red. Self reflekction and awareness session. Setting target offrm individual subject. Enrichment clas; focus on improving the student academic quality; Extended material to be provided to increase the quality of student achievement. Extra class ; focus on improving the students academic quality; materials provided should enable for students improvement from pas to credit

Results and Findings; Increase pas student achievement in the all category
