RETIRED PARSONS ENGINEER AFFIRMS ANDYS ACCOUNT After he talked publicly on radio about his experiences in Project Pegasus as the son of a Ralph M. Parsons Company engineer, Andy was contacted by a retired Parsons engineer living in the Philippines. David Baker and Raymond F. Basiago never worked together. Andys father retired from Parsons in 1984, only five years after Baker joined Parsons. However, they knew some of the same Parsons managers. In a 90minute chat on Facebook on February 13-14, 2010, Andy discussed Parsons corporate culture in the 1970s from the perspective of someone who had interacted with Parsons engineers as a participant in the secret time travel project for which Parsons was the principal defense contractor. In this exchange with Sandra Sabatini, host of Other World Radio, Baker describes the chat with Andy that convinced him that Andy is telling the truth about Project Pegasus and Parsons role in it. David Baker: Hello, Sandra. I had a good afternoon here as I was able to spend 1.5 hours blogging on Facebook with Andrew D. Basiago. He stayed online until 1:00 AM his time and it was only 3:00 PM here Sunday for me in Manila. He was upset about some jerks calling him some very distasteful names [a paid government disinformant when he is, in fact, an unpaid anti-government informant Ed.] and also for some things said about Ms. Eisenhowers recent statements about her Mars recruitment incident. Can you tell me where these comments are located, as I would like to see who it was and what was said, as I am a firm believer of what Andrew experienced when he was a young boy? I asked him what I could do to help him with his mission and he said to help him eradicate any doubts on the part of those who read and hear his statements that they are as honest and true as one can be in todays world. I am 62 years old. His father and I both worked at Parsons but we never met as I was assigned to other projects at Parsons. Parsons was then either the largest or the second largest engineering company in the world, depending on what source was doing the ranking. I went to work at Parsons in 1979 and I worked on a variety of jobs in the Middle East, Korea, and the Philippines. Andrew was able to recall some names of the managers that his father knew and that I worked with at other times. Parsons completed many Secret and Top Secret projects for many government and DoD groups and Im sure they are still heavily involved with them. I was surprised that he was able to name these people out of thin air, as well as the jobs his father worked on and the project locations. I was, maybe, a little unsure of what I had read and heard in the latest interviews of Andrew. I am now 100% sure that [Andy] is telling the truth, as no one could dream up this secret program he was involved in as a kid with such good recall. If he was telling us all a big yarn, he could not have the level of recall that he showed me today. Sandra Sabatini: Hi David, I just read your posts. I have not been on Facebook very much to follow what has transpired with Andy or Laura, so I am at a loss. You know more than I do at this point. I know from Andy that he has been getting a lot of flack. What I can say is I know from various sources that he is the real deal, and I support his statements regarding his experiences in Project Pegasus. The problem is that a lot of people who want to come forward are still involved one way or another in these projects, and it is very difficult for them to step forward. When they do, it seems that there is an all out disinfo campaign to cast doubt on them. I don't know where these comments are that you referred to. I support Andy, [and] I support Dr. David Anderson and anyone else brave enough to step forward with quantifiable information.

If anything, I would like to act as a bridge between various individuals from "all sides" to get the truth out there. That is why I created Other World Radio.
