 RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

In consideration of the receipt of certain information related to babysitting services on Grand

By The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledge, Guest, for himself/herself and for his heirs and dependents, hereby
(I) Releases and forever discharges Hotel, Hotel Owner, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel
Company, L.L.C, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,
agents, and employees from any and all actions, costs, suits, demands, claims,
damages, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys fees) of any type or
kind whatsoever occurring from or connected with the issuance, receipt, or use of
such Information by Guest and
(II) Agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and
against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons, losses and liabilities
(including reasonable attorneys fees), arising out of, caused by, resulting from, or
in any way related to the issuance, receipt, or use of such information.

The undersigned represents that he or she has read and fully understands that this
document is a release of liability.
