HEALTH CARD A personalized health card will be provided to each employee. In case of emergency, the card guarantees admission to one of the network hospitals at preferential rates. 24-HOUR MEDICAL/Customer Services HOTLINE A medical/Customer Services hotline has be established 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is manned by our qualified staff doctors whose primary role is to guide and assist you in case of any medical emergency.

We have developed a network of hospitals that meet our stringent quality criteria. These hospitals are accredited based upon the credentialing of their physicians/surgeons and favorable assessment of their facilities. FAMILY DISCOUNTS In case three or more family members are enrolled under the same policy, Tahaffuz offers a 10% discount in premium for 3rd and onward members. The two eldest members will however, be required to pay the full premium. Family members include, spouse, children and parents.
