Deposits of at least half of sessions booked time are required for all sessions scheduled.

(All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE )

Deposits may be used toward rescheduling sessions at JAMBOX Recording Studio. All rescheduling will depend on the studios availability.

Official cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs. in advance. Clients will be responsible for payment of 50% of time booked for sessions not officially canceled Session time begins at the time scheduled, unless otherwise arranged. NO BALANCES. No materials for this session's work will be released until complete balance is paid. Studio will hold clients materials for PAID sessions at the clients request, but will not assume liability. Client agrees to be responsible for repairing or replacing any property or equipment of the Studio damaged by the clients carelessness, negligence, or misuse. "Downtime" is a time period of 10 minutes or more wasted during a session due to faulty equipment or time breaks officially stated by Studio. Below are some examples: THE FOLLOWING CONSTITUTES "DOWNTIME" - - A. Computer/equipment malfunction that stop the progress of a session for more than 10 minutes. B. The studio takes an emergency break for more than 10 minutes. * THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT CONSTITUTE "DOWNTIME" - - A. A computer crash with immediate reboot. B. Time taken to learn how to fulfill a clients special request or use specialized equipment. C. Breaks requested by client (ex. eating, short outside trips, restroom use)

D. An engineer makes quick phone call/trips to the restroom, etc. E. Special request "tasks" or "edits" that end up not being used.
