COMPENSATION PLAN SUMMARY

Retail Commissions
As an Independent Marketing Affiliate (IMA), you can share the CloudZow services with retail customers for whom you will earn 10% to 30% in retail commissions and leadership bonuses depending on your pay title.

Team Bonus
You will receive a Team Bonus on all affiliate sales in your downline for 7 levels. Unqualified affiliates that dont meet the bonus qualifications below will be compressed out and temporarily replaced for bonus calculations with qualified affiliates below your 7th level (dynamic compression). This bonus pays affiliates on an unlimited number of legs with no limits on their width.

Leadership Bonus
When you achieve the leadership titles of Manager, Director and Executive, you will start building corresponding leadership teams. See the Leadership Teams section below to see how new affiliates are placed on your leadership teams. You will receive a monthly 10% Leadership Bonus for each persons sales on your Manager Team, 5% for each persons sales on your Director Team, and 5% for each persons sales on your Executive Team. This bonus pays leaders on an unlimited number of levels to infinity and can never be blocked by another affiliate.

Matching Bonus
You will receive a 10% - 25% Matching Bonus on the total Leadership Bonuses paid to your personally enrolled leaders depending on your pay title. This bonus rewards you for recruiting and developing leaders.

Promotional Bonus
A 5% Promotional Bonus will be used to provide special promotions, awards and recognition for the Affiliates.

Leadership Teams
New affiliates are assigned to their enrollers three leadership teams. If the enroller does not have a specific leadership team yet, the new affiliate will be placed on the same leadership teams as the enroller. Members of your leadership teams can exist on an unlimited number of levels below you to infinity, and will always belong to your team, and can never be taken from you or blocked by another affiliate.

Bonus Qualification
If an affiliate has at least $40 (8 computers) in personal sales volume they qualify for all bonuses.

Title Advancement
Title Legs Sales Titles are earned based on the total number of legs that contain at least Manager 2 Affiliate $240 one affiliate with the specified pay title, and the specified group sales Director 4 Manager $1,200 volume. The number of required legs must be acquired after you reach Executive 4 Director $6,000 the previous title. Members of one team do not move to the next team. For example, to become a Director you must build 4 new legs after you achieve the title of Manager that each contains at least one Manager, and you must have a group sales volume of $1,200.

Title Maintenance
After a Title is earned it must be maintained by generating the corresponding sales volume requirement only with no leg requirements. If you do not maintain your title, new Affiliates will continue to be placed on your leadership teams based on your permanent title for up to 90 days until you requalify.

Glossary
Affiliate: Independent Marketing Affiliate that refers retail customers and other affiliates to CloudZow and is compensated for generating retail sales and for building a sales organization. IMA: Independent Marketing Affiliate, or Affiliate. Retail Customer: A user of the CloudZow services that is not an affiliate. Personal Use: CloudZow services personally used by an affiliate. Backup Sale: The CloudZow automated online backup service. Commission: sales compensation earned by an affiliate from a retail customer. Bonus: sales compensation earned by an affiliate from another affiliate. Personal Sales Volume: The total backup sales generated by an affiliates personal use and their retail sales. Group Sales Volume: The total personal sales volume generated by an affiliates entire down-line to infinity, excluding their own personal sales volume. Enroller: An affiliate that signs up an affiliate, which may not be the same as the sponsor. Sponsor: The immediate up-line affiliate that the affiliate is placed under. Leg: A personally sponsored affiliate and their entire down-line. Width: The number of legs sponsored by an affiliate. Down-line: All the affiliates legs. Up-line: An affiliates sponsor and their sponsor continuing up to the company. Team: A team consists of all of an affiliates legs that were started while an affiliate has a specific title. An affiliate has a separate team for each title they achieve. Leadership Team: A team belonging to a Manager, Director or Executive. Leadership Bonus: A bonus paid to a Manager, Director or Executive. Bonus Qualified: An affiliate that has at least $40 in personal sales volume is eligible to receive all bonuses. Title: A level of achievement acquired by an affiliate for additional compensation and recognition. Permanent Title: An affiliates highest earned title that they will be recognized at. Pay Title: An affiliates current earned title that they will be paid at. Dynamic Compression: A method of temporarily removing people from a matrix for bonus calculation purposes that are taking up a level with no benefit to the up-line. People below the last level of the matrix that pays bonuses are moved up into the matrix temporarily to replace the removed people. Promotion: a temporary sales campaign to reward the affiliates for a specific behavior.

Manager Leadership Bonus Only Overview
The Simple Duplicatable Process of getting 2 and helping them get 2 will build managers and create a significant residual income stream. Each manager develops six new managers in the process. A Manager has 4 Manager legs below him to earn the next title of Director. The following Manager Leadership Bonus example shows how much money can be earned by developing managers under your 4 personally enrolled Manager legs. This does not include any of the other fast start bonuses, team bonuses, Director and Executive bonuses, or the matching bonuses. NOTE: Each Manager in the example below represents an affiliate that got 2 affiliates and showed them how to get 2 the Simple Duplicatable Process.

The CloudZow Compensation Plan is an exciting opportunity that rewards you for selling a much needed solution for customers across the world and for sponsoring other participants who do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results will vary depending on commitment levels and sales skills of each participant. Since CloudZow has recently launched, it lacks enough statistical data to prepare reliable income disclosures. The numbers below reflect estimates prepared by the company pending a more detailed survey to be conducted after its first year. Based on industry standards and company projections, the average annual gross income for distributors is projected to be anywhere between $500 and $2,000. There will certainly be participants who will earn less while others will earn much more.
