    Learn Photoshop Elements - 3 Steps to Dramatic Landscapes 1. From the "Enhance" menu, select "Adjust Lighting" then "Shadow/Highlights".

    2. From the top, type in 15, 15, -15 into the three boxes. 3. Press cmd/ctrl-L or from the "Enhance" menu, select "Adjust Lighting" then "Levels". 4. In the center box, type in 1.25. 5. From the "Enhance" menu, select "Adjust Sharpness". 6. Adjust the "Amount" to 100%, "Radius" to 1.0, and "Remove" to "Lens Blur". 7. From the "Filter" menu, select "Correct Camera Distortion". 8. Adjust the "Vingnette" amount to -25 or to your liking. 9. Duplicate the layer by pressing cmd/ctrl-J. 10. In the layers palette, change the blending mode to "Soft Light". 11. Adjust the "Opacity" to 50%.
