Application Installation
Installation requirements are as follows: 1. Connection to the Internet. 2. Operating system: Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP1, Windows 7 3. Memory: Minimum 512MBytes, recommended 1GByte. 4. The computer must have a private Fixed IP address (Example: 192.168.1.100). Install the application typically with NEXT-NEXT

Activating the Licence

After installing the application, you have to activate the VoIP licence. The Windows user logged in must be "administrator." Open "Call Shop Manager" and select "Register". Use an available Activation Code and fulfill the Licence Form. Normally, Activation Codes are sent separately and are as follows: Installer: XXXXXXX Serial number: XXXXXXX Password: XXXXXXX Then restart the PC. For a normal operation of the call shop a regular contact with the license server is required. If the application fails to contact for 15 consecutive days with the server, the application will be blocked.

In the default Destinations and Prices tables the registers are deactivated and the prices are set to 0.00 Open "Call Plan Manager" and add or change the relevant Destinations and Prices. To make changes to different Destinations or Prices at a time, you can use rows multi-selection with CRTL and SHIFT keys as the Windows standard. Destinations and Prices can also be imported. See next point for details.

Importing Destinations and Prices

If the former CL10 Evolution is already installed in the computer, or you have a copy of the folder Rates then Destinations and Prices can be imported from CL10 Evolution to CL10 Media. Use the program "CL10 Migration Tool" at Start-Programs-CL10 Media Suite-CL10 Migration Tool. It is also possible to import your information with the help of some templates (CSV) which are available in the CDROM: - Prefixes and Prices.tar.csv - Prefixes.pre.csv

Booth units (CL10 Media displays)

Installation
Please refer to the Quick installation guide for details.

Configuration
After connecting the booths, the first thing to do is to set them up. Use the touch screen keyboard and press ENTER to enter the new data. The parameters to setup are: Booth number, IP settings and rear panel Switch Position. Booth Number Each booth has a booth number (1, 2, etc.). IP Settings (AUTOMATIC / DHCP / Fixed IP Address, Network Mask, Router) Each booth has an IP address like a PC and it can be AUTOMATIC (recommended), DHCP assigned or FIXED. AUTOMATIC (recommended) When AUTOMATIC is selected, the IP settings are automatically assigned by the program in a special range of 192.168.82.x DHCP When DHCP is selected, the IP address will be assigned by the DHCP server (typically the ADSL Router); DHCP is not recommended since some routers change IP addresses very often during the day doing the computer loose contact with the booth units. FIXED When a FIXED IP address is selected, the installer has to manually configure IP Address, Subnet Mask and Router. Installer has to be careful of not using a IP Address already in use by other network device as a computer, printer, etc. Rear panel SWITCH POSITION It is necessary to define the position (1 or 2) of the slide switch at the unit rear side. This switch will determine whether the line will be active or not in case of a power failure.

A booth unit that has been already configured only allows to enter again into the configuration menu if there is no communications with the pc. To re-enter in the setup menu, disconnect the computer LAN cable and press for some seconds on the Jusan Icon in the lower right corner; the unit will show the configuration menu.
