Simple Past Rules :) With most verbs, the simple past is created simply by adding -ED. However, with some verbs, you need to add -D or change the ending a little. Here are the rules:

Simple present rules We form the present tense using the base form of the infinitive (without the TO). In general, in the third person we add 'S'.
