TEST II 1. K to 12 is a very nice curriculum as it was proposed and how we can picture it out. It covers a very wide range of knowledge to be acquired by students but, lacking of skills on the latter part of it, during Grades 11-12. The thing is, its implementation should not still now or today or this school year. We are not yet ready for it as how I see it. The DepEd itself is not yet prepared for it; the schools and even the teachers. This curriculum will really affect us a lot especially on the educational management and planning of the school. There will be a big adjustment or another adjustment to be made. We are just to adapt the UBD or SEC but now, another one is coming without still the mastery of the other one. Though change is really the only permanent thing that occurs in this world and teachers must be really flexible, still, this new curriculum will have a big impact on us all.

2. Quality of education for me is providing adequate and appropriate kind of education to the clients, who are the students. It is giving them what is for them; sharing to them and having them learn what they should have. It is maximizing all the available resources to the outmost possible outcomes needed. Since we want our school to be worth it, we must show that our students are also worth it. It is giving the kind of high standard or form of teaching at a low or no cost at all, so that we may say is quality and not quantity. By assessing it or evaluating it, it is through different strategies that deeply saying that even something they had learn or remember one thing out of you as a teacher during that day. Availability of Resources ( human and facilities) Instruction, Implementation and Evaluation Environmental Influences Stakeholders Support

4. The Importance of Educational Planning On how important is Educational planning, I have given here 5 reasons: Evolution of integrated educational system Development of Educational Administration Enhanced perception on the problem of efficiency in the Educational System Organization of planning structures within the Educational System Served as framework for setting objectives for educational policies

The areas that should be involved in the educational planning or developed are: Evaluation Decision-making Implementation Orientation Decentralization The following areas must be involved or given attention or focus in educational planning for the plan will not succeed without the following. There will be a big problem to occur if they will not be enhanced, developed or included in planning.

7.

If I will be given a chance to be the president of the Philippines, then I will really focus a lot on the education. I will somehow interfere on its planning process in a way that if I cant have it personally or in actual, I will assign someone whom I totally trust to do the job. Ill provide my own point of view by having my people realize how important education is. Ill emphasize that its the most important and valuable thing one can acquire for himself. Ill pursue that the whole educational system must focus on two things; the knowledge and virtue. And those must be developed on the part of the students. For that reason, our students will be a help of the country as responsible citizens and human being. They are literate and competitive individuals that our nation can be proud of for their mental and moral aspects were the one given focused on my proposal.
