CONTRATO DE LOCAO PARA TEMPORADA

IMVEL: Imvel localizado Rua So Miguel, 333 Bairro Novo Olinda PE, destinado residncia temporria do Locatrio para laser, com moblia.

LOCADOR: Lupercio Borges Rameh Jnior, brasileiro, casado, Assistente Administrativo, portador da cdula de identidade RG n ____________, inscrito sob CPF n ___________. Residente e domiciliado So Miguel, 333 Bairro Novo Olinda PE, telefone (81) 3439.6251 ou (81) 9296.3878.

LOCATRIO: _______________________________,Nacionalidade:__________________, portador de Passaporte:___________________________, telefone _______________.

As partes, acima qualificadas, ajustam a locao para temporada do imvel objeto do presente contrato mediante as seguintes clusulas:

Clusula primeira: O prazo de locao ser de 14 23 de Janeiro 2012 (09 ) dias a partir de 14/02/2012 terminando no dia 23/02/2012, data esta em que o locatrio se obriga a restituir o imvel locado, completamente desocupado de pessoas at as 15:00h, excedendo este horrio ser cobrado mais uma diria. O Locador no horrio previsto para a desocupao do imvel efetuar a vistoria antes da entrega das chaves. Clusula segunda: No permitida qualquer alterao ou modificao no imvel, que dever ser devolvido ao Locador, no perfeito estado em que foi encontrado. Clusula terceira: O Locatrio, desde j faculta ao Locador examinar o imvel locado, quando este achar necessrio, no necessitando o mesmo de avisar previamente ao locatrio. Clusula quarta: O Locatrio ser responsvel por qualquer multa a que der causa por desrespeito as Leis Federais, Estaduais, Municipais, normas da Associao de Moradores, etc. Clusula quinta: Caso o Locatrio no desocupe o imvel no dia estipulado no contrato, ser obrigado a pagar pelo tempo que exceder a diria correspondente R$ 1.000,00 (hum mil reais) por dia, e se necessrio recorrer ainda ao Poder Judicirio para que assim deixe o imvel data avenada, o Locador ajuizar de imediato a competente Ao de Despejo com Pedido Liminar para a desocupao do imvel. Clusula sexta: A locao est firmada para ate 11 (Onze) pessoas, em se excedendo este nmero o Locatrio dever pagar 20% (vinte) do valor dirio por dia e por pessoa.

Clusula stima: O Locatrio dever efetuar a entrega das chaves do imvel at as 15:00h do dia 23/02/2012. E por estarem justos e contratados, assinam as presentes em duas vias de igual teor e forma, na presena das testemunhas, tambm abaixo assinadas.

LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SEASON

PROPERTY: Property located on Calle San Miguel, 333 Bairro Novo - Olinda PE, for the temporary residence of the Tenant laser with furniture. LESSOR: Lupercio Rameh Borges Junior, Brazilian, married, Administrative Assistant, bearer of Identity Card RG No. ____________, registered under CPF No. ___________. Resident and domiciled in So Miguel, 333 Bairro Novo - Olinda PE, telephone (81) 3439.6251 - or (81) 9296.3878. LESSEE: _______________________________, Nationality: __________________, holder of passport: ___________________________, _______________ phone. The parties above qualified for the season set the lease of the property subject of this contract by the following clauses: The first clause: The lease term will be 14 on January 23, 2012 (09) days from 2/14/2012 ending on 23/02/2012, this date in which the lessee is obligated to return the leased property, completely empty of people until 15:00, exceeding this time will be charged one more day. The Lessor on schedule for the vacancy of the property shall make an inspection before handing over the keys.

Second clause: is not permitted any amendment or modification to the property, which must be returned to the Lessor, in perfect condition when found. Third clause: The Lessee, Lessor already provides to examine the leased property when it deems it necessary, not even requiring the notice to the tenant. Fourth clause: The Lessee shall be responsible for any fines he has caused for failing Federal Laws, State, Municipal, rules of the Association of Residents, etc.. Fifth clause: If the Tenant does not vacate the property on the date stipulated in the contract, shall be obligated to pay for time that exceeds the daily rate $ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais) per day, and if still necessary to resort to the judiciary to so let the property to date avenada, the Lessor will consider the immediate jurisdiction of Eviction Action for Injunction Order to vacate the property. Clause Friday: The lease is signed up for 11 (eleven) persons, if this number exceeds the Tenant shall pay 20% (twenty) of the daily value per day per person. Clause seventh: The Lessee shall effect delivery of the keys of the property until 15:00 pm on 23/02/2012.

And for being fair and contractors, have signed the present in two identical copies and form, the witnesses also sign below.
