Speaker biography
Qiuling Pan
Director, Research and Standard, Carrier Software business Unit, Huawei technologies Dr. Pan has over 15 years of experience in research and marketing management in the telecommunications, computing and software industry. After finishing her post-doc in IRISA(Institut de Recherche en Informatique et Systmes Alatoires), she started her research work in telecommunication, especially telecommunication standard She has been the OMA (Open Mobile Alliance) and WAC (Wholesale Application Community) (alternative) BOD member to present Huawei and to contribute to the industry. She leads BSS relevant standards including eTOM, SID, Cloud and etc in Huawei.
