Hotel
It allows hotel staffs to access details of a hotel such as availability of rooms, guest reservation by phone and walk in, check In, check out guest. All administrator part such as create room, delete room, room update, price maintenance, transportation service, report generation, printout services, etc.
Analyzing details
of a hotel helps one with empirical data about that hotel such as Transport facility, front office, restaurant facility and specially about the room status currently available in hotel. User friendly & less time consuming process for both hotel admin & staff accessing this application..
Cost effectiveness:
The package to be developed should be a cost-effective system that could potentially solve customer's needs better than the competitors.

The user interface must be simple so that users can quickly understand the procedure for search anything about a hotel.

It is one of the most essential issues. So we are to build a system which will have a tight security management policy.
Database:
The Hotel Management System should have a good database system. So the Software should be developed in essence of a good database system.

Every page is neatly designed so as to give a sober look. The color scheme of pages should be as such it gives a comfort viewing look.

This is the login page of Hospice software. At login page hotel Admin as well as hotel staff can access the different part of a hotel as there requirement by using there own username & password.
In this section admin can create room type and also can create, update of a room information like room number, number of beds, room cost etc, on basis of room type
In this section admin can create hall type and also can create, update and delete the capacity and hall rate of a particular hall type.
In this section hotel admin can add a new staff or delete an existing staff of a hotel..There are two sub module under this module i) Add Employee(Add all the details of a new employee) ii) Delete Employee(Delete all the details of an existing employee)
In reports section hotel admin can see all the documents of the hotel.. And can take a printout of the report if some-one wants.
In discount section hotel admin set or update any discount offer on any package on basis package rate..
In this service admin can add laundry type as well as add , update or delete the laundry service price..
In this section admin can set, update & delete various food type, food item and food rate.
In this section hotel front office staff can take the guest reservation through phone or by walk-in guest..There are total 4 sub module under this module

In this section hotel front office staff can check the hall availability on a particular date and can also tell the total details of that hall to the guest and after that the hotel staff can reserve the particular hall with the hall guest details ..
In this section hotel staff can maintain the food bill on basis of room number..
Cleaning -> It will ensure the hotel staff wherever the rooms are dirty and wherever the rooms are cleaned. ii)Laundry Service -> It helps to maintain the Laundry service bill in order to the room number.
In this section hotel staff can get all the billing information and total bill on basis of room wise..
In this section hotel staff can take the vehicle booking , the basis on guest request..
Generates all the reporting part.. And take the printout on basis of hotel guests request.
As we know that with Object Oriented Programming Language like JAVA, the perspective of development is huge. Some of the areas where a development to this project can be made are given below:The
package that we have developed has been designed to the present scenario. So new design can be implemented later according to the future needs.
Hotel Management System has been made considering the present scenario to keep a pace with fast & evolutionary world where everything is tending towards portability & mobility. It helps a hotel to maintain details about their records and any information within which there remains the guest details, billing section of it , details about its room status ,etc so that one can easily access it and there by reducing different complexities.
