Relieve posted guards during break time, i.e., mealtime, call of nature, personal emergency, etc. Prepares daily (every shift) the daily security report. Summary to be submitted to PGM on or before 0800hrs daily. Collate all sales report of lessees during 3rd shift for submission to Admin on or before 0900hrs daily. 8. Prepares incident reports as required during tour of duty and forward to Detachment Commander for review. 9. To drive out all illegal vendors/UDs in his area of responsibility. 10. To assist motorist to proceed to the nearest parking area during events at the Coliseum where there are numerous patrons. 11. Ensure/check that the lights at the Jeepney Station are turn-off at 2400hrs daily. 12. Ensure/check that Security lights of all areas at SWA, NFCT, SUPERCENTER, SERVICE ROAD and Streets of PROP C AOR are switch-on during nighttime. 13. Ensure/check that the Monumental Signage lights and decorative lights at PTB are switch on at 1800hrs and off at 0530hrs daily 14. Prepares/assign contingency personnel to be deployed during events such as pedestrian control at Aguinaldo/Macarthur at a designated duration as mandated by PGM or AC Security Commander. 15. Prepares/assign contingency personnel to be deployed during events such as pole guards to divert motorists to Parkway pay parking and other pay parking areas of AC.

drive out all illegal vendors/UDs in his area of responsibility. Drive out UDs at Garbage Hauling Area specifically at night. 14. To check regularly restricted areas and disallow unauthorized persons to enter.

de-briefing of all SG after duty. Turn-over duties and responsibilities to incoming Leadman. 19. Discipline all Security Personnel.

To monitor/report un-attended suspicious packages 4. To open the steel gate at Service Road/PTB at 0600hrs daily. Close the steel gate at 2400hrs daily. 5. To monitor the movement of people on or near your AOR and coordinate/report immediately any unusual/suspicious movement of person notice to on duty LEADMAN/OIC or Security Officer. 6. To ensure strict implementation of NO PEDESTRIANS entering or exiting through the Service Road to and from P. Tuazon. 7. To assist traffic during rush hours and give direction to commuters. 8. To disallow entry of Jeepneys going to the Jeepney Station without ACI stickers. 9. To disallow entry of Jeepneys whose drivers are not on proper attire or uniform. 10. To prohibit/discourage counterflow of vehicles along the Service Road. 11. To maintain cleanliness and call the attention of the sanitation personnel if necessary.
