Sub: Written Test / Interview for the Post of Scientist B (Electronics) You are required to appear for the written test with reference to your application for the post of Scientist - B against our Advt. No. 03/2011. The said test will be conducted on the date, time and address mentioned below. The test will be objective type on the technical subjects and of one hour duration. The candidates shortlisted based on the performance in the written test will be interviewed as per schedule given below. The list of the short listed candidates for interview will be announced / declared on the date of written test.

The candidates belonging to SC / ST and PH categories will be interviewed on 22nd Jan 2012, from 0900 hrs The candidates belonging to OBC category will be interviewed on 23rd Jan 2012, from 0900 hrs The candidates belonging to General Category will be interviewed on 24th Jan 2012, from 0900 hrs The candidates short listed for interview will have to make their own arrangement for stay. In case the interviews could not be completed on the scheduled date, it will be continued on the next day in which case you should be prepared to stay back by making your own arrangement. You are required to bring with you all the original certificates / mark sheets in respect of age, qualification, and experience and caste certificate issued by the competent authority in case you belong to the reservation category. Those employed in Govt. Dept / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies should bring NOC in case the same is not attached with the application. You are also required to bring with you DOCUMENT VERIFICATION REPORT form attached herewith duly filled and signed. All the documents may be verified before the commencement of the test. SC/ST candidates called for interview will be paid to and fro second class train fare from the place of residence to place of interview by the shortest route as per rules. However, Travelling Allowance is not admissible to those SC/ST candidates who are already in service in Central/State Government services, Central/State Government Corporation, Public Undertakings, Local Government Institutions and Panchayats. If you have already appeared for the written test for any one of the posts under Scientist B category against the same advertisement then you need not appear for the test again as no candidate will be allowed for test / interview for more than one post in Scientist B category. Candidates shall appear for the written test only if they meet the essential requirements of the advertised post. Those employed in Govt. Dept / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies shall appear for the test only if they have submitted NOC along with the application or can bring the same at the time of written test. Candidates may verify that they have passed the qualifying examination (B.E. /B.TECH. /M.SC. or equivalent) with minimum 60% marks in the given discipline and are meeting the age limit prescribed before coming for the written test.
