CUT caters to true steak connoisseurs. Guests can enjoy a wide array of entres, housemade sauces and side dishes. Adjacent to the restaurants main dining room is a bar and lounge showcasing custom drinks and a limited menu featuring CUTs popular appetizers.

Lupo boasts regional Italian fare with dishes inspired by Rome and its neighboring northern regions. The restaurant features exhibition pizza, antipasto and dessert stations, a glassenclosed area where fresh pasta is made and a wine room surrounded by a spacious bar located in the center of the restaurant.

Spago features a variety of innovative dishes such as the Roasted Organic Baby Beet and Goat Cheese Salad and the Mesquite Grilled Prime Filet Mignon with Armagnac peppercorn sauce. Spagos indoor patio caf is the perfect spot to observe the bustling energy of The Forum Shops.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grills diverse menu allows for a quick bite or a more leisurely dining experience. Signature menu items include the Truffled Potato Chips with Maytag blue cheese and the Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Maytag blue cheese butter and fries.

Cucina features pizzas, homemade pastas and rustic Italian favorites. The restaurant offers guests a warm and inviting atmosphere with a spectacular view of the retail destination. The bar also features a Happy Hour Every Hour menu, which includes a selection of appetizers and drinks for less than $7 each.

Postrio is Pucks interpretation of American food that can be enjoyed in a casual, fine dining setting. The menu features appetizers, wood-oven baked pizzas, handmade pastas and enticing entres. The caf provides diners with a panoramic view of the Carnivale atmosphere in St. Marks Square.
