Name: Benn Jantoni C. Escobar Area: Balangasan Main Health Center, Pagadian City

I. Activities Being deployed at Pagadian City Zamboanga De l Sur I was assigned to report at Balangasan Main Health Center under the program of the DOH RN HEALS Batch III. During my first day of exposure establishing rapport with my collegues and co-workers was not a problem because they are kind and approachable. There are lots of activities that are being performed here, assisting in immunization, assisting pregnant women during prenatal period, gathered data during consultation, vital signs taking in a correct manner, conduct family planning method and last March 28 29, 2012 we attended CHT Training for two days.

II. LEARNING AND INSIGHTS Working as a nurse in the health center are full of challenges, I was able to Preorient myself to the physical set up and rules and regulations at this facility and familiarizing the different programs and activities that are being conducted here at the health center.
