The fan casing from hot dip galvanized steel in accordance with EN ISO 1461. Flanges press formed on inlet and outlet side of the casing. The silencers at the inlet and outlet side of the fan unit, outside casing manufactured from pre-galvanized steel, inside perforated, pre-galvanized steel. Insulated with mineral wool, non-inflammable in accordance with DIN 4102. With integrated inlet cones, both at inlet and outlet side. With guide vane integrated in the outlet silencer, to straighten the airflow. Protection guards at the inlet and outlet of the silencer with mounting brackets fixed at the fan casing. Adjustable pitch impeller manufactured from die cast aluminium. Balanced statically and dynamically in accordance with DIN ISO 1940-1, to quality Q = 6,3. Three phase IEC motor, Insulation class F, protection class IP55. Motor in the airstream, prewired to the terminal box positioned at the outer casing. Single or two speed motors available. Speed controllable by frequency converter. Motor protection by PTC as a standard. Terminal box: IP 65, manufactured from polypropylene.
