My working in CEE I have done work in a project where we have to create awareness among the school children and general people through the environment mobile bus. We have covered children of almost 120 schools of three districts (Ahmedabad, Bharuch and Surat) of Gujarat. Under this assignment I have worked as a master trainer to build the capacity of the district partners. My work with Centre for Health Education, Training and Nutrition Awareness (CHETNA) is groomed me as a trainer as the organizations mission is to build capacities of persons involved in the development field. Along with this to understand the communitys need and awareness

about their basic rights we have developed The Participatory Needs Assessment (PNA) which was an appropriate sequel for us. After this to develop the capacity of the professionals of district partner NGOs we have developed and implemented the Training need Assessment (TNA). All of the above experience will help me proved me a good candidates for preparing questionnaire drafts, engaging staff in completing questionnaires, reviewing training institutes and universities for stakeholder relevance, discussing HR policies and specifying future HR needs, analyzing the results of questionnaires, and assaying in preparing a final report. The Specialist must be capable of providing strategic advice on potential cultural and institutional obstacles to the work, and any unique attributes of the client institutional culture and behavior. Not only do my cross-cultural experience and skills qualify me for this position, but my interest in the overall management makes me as excellent resources for of CHF International India. Along with this I will be able to explore the governments resources also as I have worked in the Secretariat of Gujarat state as a Chief Ministers fellow under the Chief Minister fellowship programme. I believe that these knowledge and skills are strengths that allow me to work actively as a Programme Officer. I strongly believe that my active participation in managing human resources and training activities and knowledge of Indias culture are my greatest strengths as a Programme Officer for your organization. I am eager to share these experience and skill with your organization. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much in advance for your time.
