COMES HERE NOW, Plaintiff, William Duff, to show cause why this court should proceed with
executing the orders, judgments and decrees issued in this case, to wit;

Defendants, through their attorney; Assistant Attorney General: Emily A Dodge, have failed in a
reasonable time to support their Statutory claims and decisional law of jurisdiction and of plaintiff s
lack of standing respecting plaintiffs property taken by defendants, with a body of evidence that fully
comprehends plaintiffs proven exclusions filed in this case, in that;

Whereas, defendants have failed to answer within a timely manner, and
Whereas, If defendants, out of time, motions to dismiss, (claiming muni jurisdiction and claiming
replevin not available), were to be construed as answer to this action, both were supported by statutes
and case law not applicable to the instant subject matter in that both, the statutes and case law, were
supported by claims of authority and/or elements of contractual relationships and are based upon an
unseen body of evidence that is not present upon the record of this case and should be ignored as being
non responsive, and;
Whereas, all parties, were given additional time to show cause why the orders, judgments and decrees
of this court should not take effect or should be modified, and;
