Which ASUCI Office are you? For each question, choose the option that most describes you.

1.) What best describes your leadership strengths and interests? A. I am a very interpersonal leader. I enjoy networking with people from different backgrounds and would love to reach out more to a diverse amount of people. B. I am an organized leader that wants to help people, and also wants to actively fix problems. I love to plan events and coordinate programs that would be beneficial to the betterment of public resources and facilities. C. I am a very outspoken leader, especially when it comes to controversial issues. I have a pretty strong sense of right, wrong, and justice when it comes to politics. I feel it is important for people to understand the bigger issues they face. D. I am a very spirited leader. I am very group-oriented, and love bringing people together to feel a sense of pride. E. I lead more through teaching, guiding, and mentoring. I like to help people gain skills, as well as give them tools and resources toward their own personal growth.

2.) Class ended early (YESSSS) and now you have time to kill on campus before your next class. You: A. See a kiosk with the latest issue of the New U. You pick one up and decide to read up on the campus happenings. B. Walk around Ring Road and notice a community service club with displays of an issue theyre trying to raise awareness about. You decide to check it out. C. See a crowd forming at the flagpoles, and find out its the end point of a walk out against budget cuts. People are making speeches, so you head over to listen. D. You go to the student center, and an unknown artist is performing at the stage for Noon Tunes. You decide to sit and listen. E. Stumble upon an event where you can have lunch with a professor. 4.) What is your biggest pet peeve? A. When people complain, but dont take the steps to ask questions or inquire about solutions B. Supposedly beneficial events or programs that are poorly organized and do not benefit you whatsoever.

5.) What is closest to a career you would have in the future? A. Public Relations Representative B. City Government Planning or events coordinator for a Non-Profit C. Politician D. Events Coordinator or Marketing for concerts, movie premieres, etc. E. University Professor or Counselor 6.) What is your ideal work atmosphere? A. I would like a job that allows me to interact and collaborate professionally with people on different campaigns, projects, and events. B. I dont mind office atmospheres. I can work independently or with others. C. I dont mind independent work, but I work best in a team with people who can share my passion about our common goals and ideals. D. I prefer working with large groups of people in a more creative, cohesive environment. E. I dont mind independent work. But I would prefer working with smaller, tighter groups of people. 7.) What would you feel most passionate about improving on campus? A. Cohesiveness. Between the different organizations on campus, and with students and administration. B. We could definitely be more GREEN. More recycling bins, use less lighting and electricity, etc. C. THE COST OF TUITION. D. School spirit. I LOVE UCI! Also, we should have a football team! E. Individual student growth-academically, leadership skills, personally, etc.

If you got Mostly As: Youre the Presidents office! You like to network, collaborate, and communicate! You are the first person the administration turns to for student affairs. You give students the opportunity to get involved with on campus publications such as the New U Newspaper, as well as give an opportunity to serve as a liaison between on campus organizations and student government! You go Prezz. Mostly BS: Youre the Administrative Affairs office! You work with campus facilities like the ARC board, and you plan initiates for things such as being green (TGIF)! You also organize the Vendor Fair, and Farmers Market. Next year you plan on starting a new community service commission. What cant you do, Administrative Affairs? Mostly Cs: Youre the Executive Office! You give the student body a voice when it comes to issues like budget cuts, injustice, and politics. You take students lobbying in Sacramento, encourage people to vote, AND handle legislative council. You handle students opinions and advocate for their rights. I wouldnt mess with you, man. Mostly Ds: Youre the Student Services Office! You handle student life at UCI. You love being an anteater.You want to bring the campus together and get more hyped up about UCI. Shocktberfest, Reggaefest, Welcome Week, Wayzgoose?! Movie showings? Athletics? Dude, Im down. Mostly Es: Youre the Academic Affairs Office! You know all the resources, skills, and strategies for making the most out of a college career. You handle Anteater Mentorship Program, VISIONS LEADERSHIP, and the Speakers and Debates series. Whoa, students and teach..theyre own class through the UTeach Program? They can have a say in how academics work here on campus? They can talk to professors in fun atmospheres, get cool speakers like Rainn Wilson to speak on campus? Hey, thats cool.
