Raw Water Cross Country Pipelines,
Reservoirs and Pumping System
JITF Aquasource has received the project on
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) concession
framework for a period of 10 years. The project
comprises Cross-Country Raw Water Pumping
System that encapsulates the pipeline, one
intake pumping station and three intermediate
boosting stations for Lignite Fired Thermal
Power Project of 1080 MW (8x135) capacity.
This project scope includes designing,
supplying, erecting, testing, commissioning and
operations & maintenance of the project.

JITF Ecopolis was set up with the key objective
of addressing the urban waste management
problem. JITF Ecopolis is all set to commission
Rajkot Municipal Corporation India’s first commercial Waste-to-Energy plant in

Timarpur-Okhla Municipal
Solid Waste Management
Project, New Delhi
India’s first commercial Waste-to-Energy plant
to generate 20MW of power by using 1950
tonnes (more than 200 truck loads) of
Municipal Solid Waste.
Set up with an investment of `200 crore, the
plant will use about a third of the daily
Municipal Solid Waste of Delhi, which stands at
anything between 6000 and 8000 tonnes per
day. Thus helping resolve two critical issues
faced by New Delhi - municipal waste disposal
and power shortage.
This project is registered with UNFCCC for
earning carbon credits.
Project Model: Build, Own, Operate and Transfer
(BOOT)
NDMC and MCD will be providing the waste
free of cost.
This initiative targets to bring electricity to more
than 600,000 homes in India.
