Former Jacksonville Jaguar Tony Boselli Endorses Aaron Bean for Florida Senate District 4
Jacksonville, Fla. Just as Conservative Republican Aaron Bean qualifies by petition with more than 1,914 valid signatures for the 2012 election, Bean today announced that former Jacksonville Jaguar, Five-time All-Pro Offensive Tackle and Community Leader Tony Boselli has endorsed him in his candidacy for the newly-drawn Florida Senate District 4 seat. Aaron is the conservative candidate we need to represent Jacksonville in the Florida Senate, said Boselli. Aaron knows the importance of strengthening education and creating jobs for our local communities. He has a proven track record of effective, fiscally responsible leadership in Tallahassee. I endorse Aaron Bean for Senate District 4. I thank Tony for his support of my campaign, said Bean. Every community deserves a solid foundation of quality jobs, quality education and quality of life, so that future generations will thrive and continue to be proud of Northeast Florida. As a father of three children, I know that Tallahassee must put education first so that our children have the tools to succeed. During his tenure in the Florida House, Bean received numerous awards and recognitions for his effective, conservative leadership and additionally was trusted by thenHouse Speaker Marco Rubio to serve as the chairman of the House Health Care Council, which handled all health care policy in addition to the appropriations of about one-third of the state budget. Prior to being elected to the Florida House, Bean served as a Commissioner and Mayor of Fernandina Beach. Beans extensive record of public service includes serving on the First Coast YMCA Board of Directors, Big Brothers & Big Sisters and the United Way. Bean received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Jacksonville University, and was the city president of Compass Bank for 10 years (1998-2008).
