With reference to above matter . I would like to bring to your kind notice that since 21 years . I was working in WCL Collieries at Chandrapur Area & Ballarpur Area. I came from WCL TO SECL , Bilaspur on medical ground of my father and request transfer , vide office order NO :- :- CIL-C5A(III) /51317/1020 DT. 02-04-2012. Issued by General Manager ( (Personnel ) CIL , Kolkata and subsequent relase order no : WCL/ BA/AGM/ADMN/789 DATED 22-05-2012 I of Manager ( P& A) , WCL , Ballarpur Area . With due humble request , I would like to draw the following points about my for changed of posting order from Jamna & Kotma Area to Bilaspur H/Q 0R Dipka Area , Kushmunda Area & Gevra Area . Which is nearest to my native place Bilaspur for care of my old aged father & mother for medical treatment at Bilaspur for your kind consideration &perusal please. 1. Sir My father is an 72 years old age & suffering from parkinsons disease & bronchial asthma & joint pain. Since last two years as his treatment is going on at apollo hospitals , Bilaspur . 2. Now since last 6 months he is totally on bed and senseless , due to long disease & weakness he is unable to stand & totally on bed and depends on other persons to care of his routine work . As my home town( Bilaspur) , no persons except me to take care to my father In my absence proper care not being paid by my old aged mother. which is utmost required for him at this stage as well as painful for me also. Due to which . I have to go frequently on leave to Bilaspur . Also it is more difficult to maintain double financial establishments at two places at this juncture. . Which will be causes of my financial loss as well as to not devote full time in my duty at at JAMNA & Kotma Area SECL So on medical ground , I have apply for request transfer near to my native places Bilaspur , Although my request has been considered by honorable Chairmen CIL & issued transfer order from WCL to SECL , Bilaspur. vide office order NO :- CIL/ C-5A(III) /51317/1020 dated 02-04-2012 issued by General Manager ( Personnel) , CIL , Kolkata So , on the light of the above, I would therefore kindly request you good self to look into the matter & considering my case & posting at SECL , H/Q Bilaspur or near by Bilaspur to give me an opportunity for take care of my old aged father & mother in his last moments. Hoping to receive a favorable and sympathetically action.
