Description (Pre-caution)
R1.5 release is to follow up the initial launch of R1 in Jan/2011 for SL1000. In terms of Main Software version, R1.5 release comes with V1.2. (For R1 release, it was V1.0 Main Software)

VoIP Configuration (1/2)

Install VOIPDB (DSP : 16) and MEMDB cards for VoIP solution. (MEMDB must be installed because additional memory is required for VoIP) Up to 16 DSPs are automatically activated just installing the above hardware. Maximum IP Trunk/Extension capacity is : - Max 16 IP Trunks + 16 IP Extensions Up to 4 ports license are initially bundled for SIP Trunks. Enable to increase the number of available ports by adding the software license. (SIP Trunk License, SIP-SLT License) Multi-Line IP Terminal does NOT need any license. (SIP-MLT license is initially included into the terminal), however it must be counted as IP Extensions. Total number of IP Extensions (both Multi-Line IP Terminal & Standard SIP Terminals) must not exceed 16.

Other Changes on R1.5 Release

The following changes are made on R1.5 for the functionality:
- DHCP Client
+ SL1000 system will behave as DHCP server when FTP server is on its network for 24TIXH terminal.

- Remote Upgrade
+ This can be performed without MEMDB from R1.5.
