2182 If the Power Explorer string-view is active, and Eltek Valere has confirmed there is an alarm on the BatteryMonitor, the that this might be confusing, alarm will also show up on the String-node even and could be improved. though there are no alarms below this node in the Power Explorer pane 2513 The Smartpack controllers USB driver sometimes malfunctions (communication loss), when PowerSuite writes COM port settings to the controller. Applies to Smartpack firmware 2.0 and upwards, and when PowerSuite 2.3 generates the Smartpack configuration XLM file. Eltek Valere has confirmed that this might be annoying, and is working to correct the issue. Restart the Smartpack controller to reestablish USB communication
