Call for Papers

The Faculty of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) is proud to organize the 3rd International Conference on Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (ICME2012). It is a continuation from ICME2011 which was successfully held at Putrajaya. The conference themed Sustainable Engineering towards Green Technology aims at bringing together experts, researchers, industrial practitioners and students to disseminate information on the most recent and relevant innovations, theories and practices in the fields of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. It also provides another opportunity for those who missed the last conference and for those who wish to revisit us. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit 5 pages (A4 size) of original and unpublished work in, but are not limited to, the following areas: Advanced Machining & Processing Aeronautical Engineering Alternative Energy & Green Technology Automation & Robotics CAD/CAM/CAE Engineering Design & DFMA Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Materials Engineering & Powder Metallurgy Plant & Automotive Engineering Textile & Packaging Technologies Noise Vibration & Control

All accepted papers of ICME2012 will be published in the Applied Mechanics and Materials Journal (ISSN: 1660-9336).
