EXPERIENCE Extracts A dedicated and seasoned professional with 18 years and 8 month of extensive experience in Manpower Management, Projects Management, Manufacturing management , Plant Management, Development, Design, maintenance, Quality, and Safety. During 18 years: Built 3 green field float lines (500 ~ 700 TPD) 1 Architectural and Automotive Plants at AIS INDIA Provided utility engineering to more than 10 projects in China, Russia. Maintenance of 2 float lines in AIS India ( 1994 to 2001) Shift manager: Handling entire process line along with product shipment in AIS India. Around 150 person per shift man management (2001 to 2004) Handling Of Projects in AIS India (2004 to 2007) 600 TPD Green field in Yanbu Saudi Arabia (2007 ~ 2009) Cold repairs of 600 TPD Float line Jakarta Indonesia. (2010 ~ 2011) Presently working on designing 600 TPD cold repair of existing float furnace and container 180 TPD furnace. Jakarta Indonesia ( 2012 ~ 2013).
