In GMR Hyderabad International Air Port Project as a CO Consultant in ECC 6.00 Job Assignment and Responsibility in HIAL Project Being a Green field project, lot of management decisions need to be taken to finalize the Business processes. So I was indulged in lot of Client interaction to get the Business processes finalized and its mapping into SAP. Since the total area of 5500 acres are involved in this project out of which for aviation project occupies only 600 acres, and the measure chunk of Revenue is expected to come from Non-Aviation Sector, i.e Real estate Sector in order to define a Competitive Pricing policy in aviation sector. Taking all these things into account Real estate Module has been implemented in this sector in order to track the Revenue. Also worked as a RE-FX( Flexible Real Estate) Consultant for the same Project for a tenure of one year, where I mapped all the Lease Properties into Rental objects, and mapped the POS into SAP . Being the team Lead of FI/CO module handled measure issues Like. 1. Finalization of Account payable processes 2. Automatic payment Programme. 3. Measure EWT related issues were solved with Constant interaction with SAP India. 4. Manual bank reconciliation Process Finalization. Third Implementation Project ( Employers IBM India Pvt. Ltd.)
