Over two miIIion Iitters of tank storage and sIudge treatment capabiIity. - Acquired new equipment such as Iugger trucks/traiIers, response boat (sea truck with vacuum recovery), tanker traiIers, excavators/0oats and additionaI hazmat response traiIers - Designed and buiIt a groundwater pump and treat system. John Theurer Quality Strategist jtheurer@accuworx.ca John Theurer is a Quality Strategist with over 12 years of experience in soil and groundwater investigations and remediation specializing in water treatment technologies. He has a strong theoretical and technical background in the international and consultancy environment and has been extensively trained in both environmental and Hazardous Material (Haz-Mat) response techniques as well as Shoreline Clean-up Assessment Techniques (SCAT). Working within the remediation division of Accuworx, John manages soil & groundwater remediation projects across Ontario and Quebec. Together with the senior project managers and technical specialists he is responsible for the development of appropriate remediation strategies for clients, the development of high-prole technical remediation tender submissions, follow-up of active remediation systems and for the nancial management of projects. Doug Dolby Remedial Strategist ddolby@accuworx.ca Doug Dolby is a Remedial Strategist with over 16 years of experience in environmental contracting and consulting engineering. He has extensive experience in the management and coordination of large-scale soil and groundwater remediation projects in Ontario. At Accuworx, Dougs goal is to advance the companys remedial capabilities with technologies that contribute to the companys success as a full-scale, leading-edge environmental contractor. Doug is responsible for technical writing, contaminant hydrogeology, project management and researching and implementing new remedial technologies into Accuworxs toolbox of remedial capabilities. Doug has served as Professor of Environmental Technologies at Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology. In addition to his experience in full site redevelopment, Doug is also well-versed in conducting subsurface soil and groundwater investigations for a wide array of inorganic and organic chemicals. He is very familiar with the necessary provincial and federal standards, procedures and methodology utilized to evaluate environmental liability with respect to subsurface contamination in Ontario. He has extensive knowledge and experience with various remedial techniques including excavation and o-site disposal, in-situ and ex-situ remediation techniques. Doug brings a strong theoretical and practical background in environmental chemistry, environmental engineering and environmental toxicology to the Accuworx team. Remediation Group Accuworx owns and operates a groundwater pump and treat system with an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for the treatment of various organic contaminants of concern, including petroleum products, at a maximum rate of 150 gallons per minute. This system is equipped with an oil/water separator (OWS), air stripper, clay, carbon and alumina media vessels, and has the ability to operate un-manned through a state- of-the-art remote telemetry system. In addition, we maintain a constant inventory of media associated with treatment systems including virgin-grade liquid and air phase carbon, organophyllic clays, activated alumina, lter bags, pumps and more. Our extensive asset list also includes injection services, excavators, skid steers, roll-o trucks and oat services. Summer, 2012 UPDATE mergency SpiII Response The Emergency Spill Response Division of Accuworx is managed by Bill McMenemy. Bill has over 30 years in the Hazardous Material and Environmental Spill Response Cleanup sectors. Accuworx provides 24 hour / 7 day a week response service to major rail, marine, petro chemical and regional clients. Accuworx employs six hazardous material technicians, 15 environmental response and ve advanced rail car specialists. Our eet of equipment to complete emergency response calls includes remote access vacuum units, two complete marine response units, Kubotas, and transfer trailers for liquids and gases. bmcmenemy@accuworx.ca Waste Water 7reatment The Waste Treatment Division of Accuworx is managed by Tony Ricciuto. Tony has over 40 years in this industry operating and running xed and portable waste water treatment systems ranging from physical chemical to advanced treatment technologies. Accuworx operates and maintains an Ontario Ministry of the Environment (MOE) approved waste receiving and treatment site in Brampton, Ontario. This site specializes in treating most waste classes in solid, slurry and liquid form. Accuworx currently holds ECAs for both treatment as well as transportation for liquid wastes. tricciuto@accuworx.ca IndustriaI Services Our Industrial Services Division is managed by Rob Malda. Rob has over 18 years in the industrial service division. Accuworx operates a eet of 15 vacuum trucks, ve water blaster units, lugger trucks and bins, quad axle tankers, and associated equipment. rmalda@accuworx.ca Our Iocus on Safety Accuworx and our clients share the same overriding principal with regard to safety in the workplace and we consider the health and safety of all employees to be guiding principal for all operations conducted by our employees.
