Shaykh Ibrahim al-Rubaish - a member of the Shari'ah committee of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula - said: "Verily, what happens in Dammaaj of besieging ahl as-Sunnah for the second time in one year is a new episode among many of blatant deception and enmity. Considering that the Houthi views Dammaaj as a base among the bases of ahl as-Sunnah in Sa'adah that they have to either eradicate or have under full control. That is after the suitable circumstances have been in favor of the Houthis to have full control over Sa'dah and to expand to other areas like al-Juf, Amraan and Hajjah with the silence and connivance of some political parties that are counted in the stream public view to be from ahl as-Sunnah." He then added in his speech released by al-Malahem:"I call upon all my brothers among ahl as-Sunnah wherever they are to help their brothers with whatever they can because Allah says: {And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help} [8:72]

This is indeed among the situations where jihad becomes an individual obligation upon every capable Muslim because driving away the assaulting enemy is of the most obligated deeds... and helping the oppressed Muslims is among the obligations which turning back on is committing sin. Deserting them is a huge sin; and the one who commits it, is threatened with punishment in this world and the hereafter. Whoever deserts his Muslim brothers in these critical situations is threatened to undergo the same experience as an appropriate recompense." He emphasized: "The tribes of ahl as-Sunnah weren't in such state of weakness or humiliation that enabled the Houthis to harm them, but they only reached to this bitter reality when their word is divided and are away from their source of glory and victory (Jihad)... and I have seen in the sons of ahl as-Sunnah of bravery, sacrifice and courage that which none can stand against by the grace of Allah- and what happened to the Houthis - at the hands of ahl as-Sunnah - because of their actions is full of lessons and indications." It's worth mentioning that the assaults made by the Houthis against ahl as-Sunnah has increased significantly after signing a truce with Ali Saleh in the course of the sixth war. The Houthis have also taken total control of Sa'adah during the youth's uprising and even expanded their territories to different regions such as al-Juf, Amraan and Hajjah. The recent assault the Houthis carried out was besieging Dammaaj and bombarding it with artilleries which caused the killing and injuring of many among the ranks of ahl as-Sunnah. The mujahideen in the Arabian Peninsula have previously declared an open war on the Houthis in reaction to their crimes. This declaration was followed by a number of operations carried out by martyrdom operation executors which led to the death of hundreds of the Houthis in both Sa'adah and al-Juf. The operations were as follows: The first martyrdom operation: executed by Basheer al-Khushiny - may Allah have mercy on him- as he immersed by his booby-trapped car into the Houthis' gathering, something which they call al-Ghadeer celebration that took place in al-Juf on 18th Dhul-Hijjah 1431a. h. . As a result of this operation, Badru-Diin al-Houthi - the spiritual leader of the Houthis - was killed together with 37 of his followers while many were left injured. The second martyrdom operation: executed by Amin al-Uthmany - may Allah have mercy on him- during the Houthis funeral rituals of Badru-Diin al-Houthi on 20th Dhul-Hijjah1431 a. h. . Amin immersed using his booby-trapped car into a large gathering of the Houthis raising up the death scale to 142 of the Houthis and injuring many of them. The third martyrdom operation: executed by abu-Bakr al-Houty - may Allah have mercy on him- as he detonated a booby-trapped car in the midst of a group of Houthis known as "The death squad" which was concentrated in al-Juf. The Death squad was the reason behind the killing of many of ahl as-Sunnah in al-Juf during the confrontations that occurred between some tribes of ahl as-Sunnah and the Houthi after the outbreak of the youth's uprising in Sana'a. The operation left behind hundreds of deaths and injuries.

Waqar... the new name for ( Ja'aar )

The Supporters of Shari'ah have lately changed the name of the largest city in Abyan (Ja'aar) to Waqar. One of the mujahideen that supports Shari'ah said: "The reason we changed the city's name to Waqar is to follow the way of the Prophet (peace be upon him) as was in his line of conduct that he used to change bad names of people and places. He (peace be upon him) did change the name of the city of "Yathrib" to "Taybah", a place called "Ghadrah'' to "Khadhrah" and also changed the name "Zahm" to "Bashiir". For that reason, we changed the name of the city of Ja'aar which is one of the names of the hyena to Waqar. Dignity is the meaning of Waqar, we named it so because of our love for this city since Allah has favored it to become the first city in the land of faith and wisdom to be governed by His Shari'ah through the actions of the mujahideen for Allah's cause.

Furious responses for the uprising youth lifting up the slogan: The Gulf initiative is a betrayal to the martyrs' blood
The youth uprising for change in Yemen considered the Gulf initiative a betrayal to the blood of the martyrs. They said that the coalition of opposition parties in Yemen held talks and accepted the initiative in order to share authority with the former regime using the martyrs' blood as a mean to attain their demand - this is according to the uplifted slogans during the demonstrations. One of the leaders of the youthful uprising for change in Sana'a said in his speech on their stance towards the Gulf initiative: ''This initiative is not welcomed in the ranks of the Yemeni uprising because the opposition parties achieved through it their demands but didn't achieve the protesters' demands ". He added: "When we went out protesting, we didn't rely on the opposition parties. We went out while Ali Saleh was at the peak of his power; we didn't fear him, while the opposition parties considered us reckless. When they saw that their majority of followers went down to the public squares, they had no option but to announce their support and acknowledgment of our demands and joined the uprising. disagrees with their opinion, that dissenter knows ultimately that he or she is prescribing their departure from these parties." Another protester added on the topic of the opposition parties by saying: "We have washed our hands off them; they only search for power and shamelessly betray the blood of the martyrs." Another youth from Ta'iz has emphasized their objectives by saying: "The demand of this uprising aims at a complete fundamental change, but the opposition parties fear that demand because the fundamental change means that they will be swept away. Actually, this is one of the obstacles facing the uprising up to this moment. The complete change will automatically include the opposition parties because they are an inseparable part of the regime." The youth of the uprising who do refuse the Gulf Initiative have lifted slogans that condemn it and expose its content. Among those slogans, there were: "The Gulf initiative is a betrayal to the blood of

the martyrs", "O opposition parties! What is the price of the martyr?!", "O leadership of the coalition of the opposition parties, go away!", "O opposition parties! The nation because of you has been destroyed!", " Shame on you! Shame on you! You've sold the uprising for the dollar!", "Two Brothers with different interest were reconciled by the Initiative" and "The blood of the martyrs isn't a commodity o politicians!" The Gulf Initiative which was signed on the part of the coalition of the opposition parties and the regime from the other part has dictated that Ali Saleh hands over presidency to his deputy (abd-Rabo Mansoor Hadi) in exchange of full immunities and guarantees for him as well as 612 of his assistants. It also dictated the remaining of security bodies under the control of his sons and nephews. As for the formation of the new government, there will be a split of power between the old ruling regime and the coalition opposition parties.

The outcome of the attack was a number of deaths among the soldiers of Ali Saleh. The mujahedeen took a large booty that included: a military vehicle, a military ambulance, a cannon (B10), 12 weapons (AK-47), 30 boxes of ammunition, 4 machine guns and one R.B.G. ... One mujahid was martyred in the operation and two others were injured.
