This will lead to the organization to attain its goal with minimum effort. Whenever new employees come on board whether are new they transfer from another office with in same agency, it is the vital that get to good start in their new position. They need to understand their role in the organization as a whole, learn the expectations of their superiors and practice the basic elements of the job. In order to attain all these they should be well trained, but it is all too rare that managers provide carefully designed programmes that give new arrivals what they really need. The main purpose of this study is to make a critical evaluation of training and development programmes in Cassford Info Solutions Pvt Ltd and to analyse the effectiveness of the training programmes. To study the effectiveness of training programmes a survey is being conducted among the employees of Cassford Info Solutions Pvt Ltd .It is possible to know that whether the training programmes are effective or not. All the respondents are very proud to be the employee of Cassford Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. They are well satisfied with their job. Majority of respondents feel that the need for training is always essential in Cassford Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. Majority of the respondents agree that proper training programme reduce labour problem. But 13% of respondents disagree with this. Majority of respondents agree that training reduces the need for constant supervision. Majority of the employees are satisfied with the subject of training programme in the organization. 46% of respondents are satisfied with the facilities in the training centre. But 16% of respondents are dissatisfied with the facilities in the training centre.

Continue to improve the quality of training programmes Management by objective approach will be more effective in training plan formulation. A change in language of delivery of certain training programmes from English to Malayalam will make it more effective A clear awareness on training programmes and its benefits among employees will enhance its effectiveness It should be recognized that all the trainees do not progress at the same rate. So flexibility should allowed in judging the rate of the progress in the training programme . The training programme should be in par with the companys selection and promotion policies Training should be considered as a vital force in organization and the organization should develop an atmosphere conducive to sound manpower requirements. The company may provide training to improve interpersonal relation among the employees of various departments New recruitment policy may be introduced and freshers may be appointed for the smooth working of the plant.
