(3) (1) Operation Mode - "FULL AUTO" button is used to select the full auto mode. All of each equipment are set to auto except group pump operation. - "GROUP AUTO" button is used to select the group auto mode. - "MANUAL" button is used to select the manual mode. All of each equipment are set to manual except group pump operation. (2) Full Auto Mode - "START" button is used to run the plant in auto mode. And then all of each equipment operate in fixed sequence automatically. - "STOP" button is used to stop the plant.

(3) Group Auto Mode ("B.C GROUP", "WATER GROUP") - "START" button of the B.C GROUP is used to run all of each equipment related with B.C group in auto mode. - "STOP" button of the B.C GROUP is used to stop all of each equipment related with B.C group. - "START" button of the WATER GROUP is used to run all of each equipment related with WATER group in auto mode. - "STOP" button of the WATER GROUP is used to stop all of each equipment related with WATER group. (4) RESET - "RESET" button of the each part is used to acknowledge all of each equipment related with each part. But this button is only used when the plant is operated immediately or emergency status. Also it can be used when operator doesn't know the equipment needed acknowledge. (5) Pre-work - Check the "Ready to start" condition. - Select the operation mode. - Check the all of each tank level and product silo level. - Select the product silo. - Group pump operation related with auto sequence. Select working pump in "Group Start" faceplate Select Auto mode Click the "START" button in "Group Start" faceplate - Click "START" button at FULL AUTO in operation mode. - After a few minutes, Check the "SGS POSS".

1.2 Main Indicator (1) Ready to Start is indicated that plant is ready for operating. When the plant is ready, it changed to "Red" from "Green" Color. (2) Granulation Possible is indicated that Granulation is possible. When the plant is ready, it changed to "Red" from "Green" Color.

(3) Grease Unit is indicated that grease unit fault. is indicated that grease unit is running. When the grease unit status is alarm and running, it changed to "Red" from "Green Color.

1.3 Product Silo (Hopper) - The product silo has each their own independent slag level control systems. - Discharge gate valve operation will be available by local and only monitoring in HMI. (1) HP-341 button is used to select the No.1 Silo. When the Button is pushed, it changed to "Red" from "Green" color. (2) HP-342 button is used to select the No.2 Silo. When the Button is pushed, it changed to "Red" from "Green" color. - The control of the product silo is available at local control panel.

Philosophy of control system for No.1 SGS Plant is exactly same with No.2 SGS Plant.

2.1 Water Level Control - The SGS plant have each their own independent water level control systems. - Two modes of operation will be available for these valve set, remote(auto/manual) or local (1) Recovery and Storage Pit Water System (1) (A) Auto Mode - When the selection is set to remote the pump will be interlocked with the level switch at the water tank of storage as follows; Interlock Action Level > High Activated Level < Normal By pass Level > Normal By pass Level < Low Stop (B) Manual Mode - Operator can set manual mode in the faceplate of "GROUP START". (2) Main tank water level control System (2) (A) Auto Mode - When the selection is set to remote the Pneumatic valve will be interlocked with the level switch at the water tank of storage as follows; Interlock Action Level > High Close the valve Level < Normal By pass Level > Normal By pass Level < Low Open the valve (B) Manual mode - Operator can set manual mode in the faceplate of block icon "Open / Close Valve(Double)", "Valve(SIMOCODE)". 3.1 Dry Pit Plant Mode (1) Operation Mode - The Dry Pit plant has each their own independent water level control systems separated with SGS plant. - Dry pit operation will be only available for manual mode in remote and local.
