Work Experience
At present I am assisting Advocate on Record Mr. G.N. Reddy Standing Counsel for State of Andhra Pradesh in his matters in Supreme Court of India, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Tibunals (Central Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal and Mining Tribunal) and various cases of High Court and Lower Courts. My experiences can be described in the following: Drafting Special Leave Petitions, Counters, Writ Petitions, Statement of Cases etc. Filing of Cases and curing of defects for re-filing. Doing research works to find relevant to the particular cases Writing Case Summaries and briefing the cases to the Senior Counsel engaged in different cases. Representing the cases in courts in case the Senior is engaged in other court.
Represented the cases of A.P.S.R.T.C (Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport

Corporation), AP TRANSCO (Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation), and State of Andhra Pradesh.

Mainly dealt with the cases of Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Land Acquistion, Motar Accident claim, Theft of Electricity, Electrocution Death, Excess billing of Electricity, Invocation of Bank guarantee, Taxation on Inter-State sale, Preventive Detention, Evacuee Property matters, PIL etc.

I was Ethical Board member of Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited for 6 months in

which I dealt with some important provisions of Drug and Cosmetic Act and Drug and Cosmetic rules and ICMR guidelines related to clinical trials.
