Thank you to all who support the work of God

In response to the requests of Bishop Campbell in his May letter regarding the current situation with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate threatening our religious liberty, and in support of the U.S. Bishops Committee for Religious Libertys Fortnight for Freedom, Our Lady of Victory will hold a prayer service on Wednesday, June 27 at 7:00p. The service will consist of Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Evening Prayer and Benediction. Light Refreshments sponsored by the Knights of Columbus will follow.

Welcome Father Noble: Father Paul Noble, Diocesan Director for Vocations, will join us for all the Masses at Our Lady of Victory Parish this weekend (June 23 & 24, 2012.) Father Noble will speak about the vocation to the priesthood. The work of promoting priestly and religious vocations is the responsibility of all in the Church. You are all invited to welcome Father Noble and to join him in this vital ministry of the Church.

THE MONTHLY BAPTISM CLASS is scheduled for Sunday, July 1 at 2:00p in the Parish Life Center (Lower Level). This is a mandatory class for all first time parents wishing to have their baby baptized at Our Lady of Victory.

THE NATIVITY OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST

Therefore we pledge ourselves through the ideal of shared ministry to build a community where all are welcomed, loved, needed, and appreciated; to celebrate the gift of life together in word and sacrament; and to promote justice, peace and equality for all people. - Our Lady of Victory Mission Statement
