Desludging Chemical For Fuel Tank

DESCRIPTION
Vappro D.S. is a complete desludging conditioning treatment for residual fuel oils. Vappro D.S. prevents and disperses sludge, stops stratification of fuel in tanks,solubilise oil/water emulsions. It provides a more homogeneous fuel for combustion.Vessel bunker lines remain cleaner and filter blockages are reduced or prevented andcomponents stay cleaner. Down-time of separators, boilers, engines, etc is reduced due to more effective fuelhandling. The resultant "clean oil" has improved combustion quality because slow burning fuel components are kept in a finely dispersed state. It contains effective corrosion inhibitor coupled with acid neutralisers keep corrosion to a minimum. The corrosion inhibitor coats all fuel system parts with a water repellant film, while the acid neutralisers inhibit the acids in the fuel. This ensures that fuel system components are doubly protected. Ideally, Vappro D.S. should be dosed directly into the fuel tank prior to bunkering to the settling tank or during transfer from storage. For desludging fuel tank, the recommended dosage 1:80 fuel.
