CAMP REPORT -XI RESIDENTIAL CAMP AT SRI AHOBILA MUTT

On 26-05-2011;the students of the X residential camp joined other students at Sri Ahobila Mutt. Thus the XI residential camp begun with a Bhajan session by Sri U.Ve.Mukundan Swamy. About 53 students took part in this residential camp. Students right from class II to Engineering final year took part in this camp.The importance of following Indian culture, Nityakarmaanustnam following duties)etc were stressed and taught to children. The camp was conducted by Sri C.R.Sanjay Srivatsan and Kum B. Ujjivani along with Kum. Hema Paravasthu. Students who knew Dhesika stotrams taught the others who didnt knew them. The students were taught skits, Bhajans and moral values. Each student was put in a group. A senior student was assigned as the leader of the group. Each group prepared and sang Bhajans. The specialty of these camps was the complete involvement of the children in the camp.Managers Sri Paravasthu Srinivasan took all efforts with his assistants Uppal Srinivasan ans Sri Mohan for providing every comfort to the students attending the camp. Students were provided delicious Nrusimha Prasadam cooked in the deity kitchen by Sri Srinivas, Sri Parthasarathy.Sri Ramesh and Shri Sathish. The highlight of the camp was students performing a skit in Senadas a Panduranga Bhakta. Everyone enjoyed the skit. I am thankful to Sri U.Ve.Mukundan Swamy for conducting these camps as these are very much helpful to the children. Vice Chairman Sri Raghavan distributed the prizes and certificated to all the children. Parents were very happy to see their children so attached with the Ahobila Mutt. We were lucky to be blessed by Sri U.Ve. Pandurangacharya Swamy, Veda Ganabhati .I have been immensely benefitted by these camps and thus I am thankful to Sri U.Ve.Mukundan Swamy.
