Project Leader
Introduction Gambro is a global leader in the field of water purification for dialysis clinics and hospitals and we at product development for water system are looking for an experienced project leader to fill a position to lead our key platform project. This project is to develop a new Central Water Plant (CWP) as a medical device for dialysis clinics and hospitals Job description Responsible for the execution of the entire product development project from idea to market, and for all project goals. Responsible for fulfilling project specifications within budget and on time. Responsible for all project plans (Development, Manufacturing, Rollout, Marketing, Launch etc) Leading a cross functional Project Core team Responsible for project compliance with project development process, Quality Management, Regulatory and other internal and external processes. Qualifications University Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent. Documented Project management experience require and formal certification a plus Experience with Medical Device and risk management processes a plus Product Management / Marketing experience helpful Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Strong communication, leadership and inter-personal skills; ability to provide direction and to motivate people for results and bias for action. Ability to assimilate complexity and to handle multiple-priority situations; calm under pressure An individual with strong customer awareness who can establish a close relationship with other functions.
