Responsible for a specialized unit of over 450 people including Engineers,

Technicians and Support personnel which provides engineering support to diverse range of vehicles such as load carrier vehicles of Ashok Leyland, and TATRA origin, Mahindra and Mahindra jeeps, Maruti gypsies and cars. Ensured 100 % serviceability of equipment deployed in tough terrain of Jammu September 2009 - July 2011 and Kashmir.

Officer Commanding Missile Regiment Workshops, High Tech Electronic Units

Responsible for specialized units which provided engineering support to IndoRussian army fighting vehicles involving tracked heavy duty vehicles mounted with ammunition, radars and communication systems worth Rs. 800 crore. Commanded over 250 people including Engineers, Technicians and Support persons and completed HRM functions and logistics for people under command. Salvaged equipment worth Rs. 30 crore through innovative repairs. Ensured near 100 % serviceability of equipment deployed over 200Km in Rajasthan and Punjab simultaneously in a highly mobile state. Member of a team of handpicked army officers, DRDO and Russian scientists

responsible for conceiving, planning, developing producing and introduction into the Army of BRAHMOS Missile system worth Rs. 8000 crore. The job involved following:Manager Engineering Support Plan For Induction Of BRAHMOS Missile System a) Performance and product evaluation of ICOMM b) Trials c) e) f) Engineering support planning of the newly introduced system Listing of initial fills of spares Developing repair procedures d) Training of technicians and users vendors such as BEL,BEML, L&T,ECIL,

g) Developing technical literature h) Establishing infrastructure for repairs in the Army December 2000 June 2005 Officer Commanding EME workshop, Highly Equipment Intensive Unit The unit provided engineering support to load carrying vehicles of Ashok Leyland, Tata and Mahindra & Mahindra origin. Unit also maintained a fleet of cars and other light vehicles used by VIPs total cost of the equipment was approximately Rs. 1000 crore Commanded over 250 people including Engineers, Technicians and Support persons including HRD functions for people under command.

Ensured near 100 % serviceability of equipment deployed across an area of 40,000 sq.km in hostile terrain in the north eastern part of India.
